A Milestone Year for TVS Apache
The upcoming season marks a significant milestone as the TVS Apache celebrates two decades of performance engineering, underpinned by the company’s core philosophy of ‘Track to Road’. This approach not only focuses on developing superior racing motorcycles but also shapes the training and progression of riders through a structured, safety-conscious process.
Commitment to Safety and Excellence
Vimal Sumbly, Head Business – Premium, emphasized that the primary aim of the One Make Championship is to cultivate professional racers rather than merely organizing races. The initiative assures rigorous on-track learning and upholds a robust safety culture, with the use of high-quality gear including Alpinestars airbag jackets and FIM-certified helmets.

The selection trials consist of various events aimed at different rider categories, including women, rookies, and seasoned competitors. Women riders, under 40 years, can participate along with aspiring rookies aged 15 to 21. Finalists will participate in a range of competitive selections on specialized racing motorcycles.

Since the inception of the TVS India One Make Championship in 1994, over 3,000 riders have been trained, reflecting TVS Racing’s dedication to building a vibrant motorsports ecosystem. This year’s program promises to enhance this legacy, pushing the boundaries of motorsport engagement in India.
