Born in the Philippines in 1980, Bianca Castro-Arabejo moved to New York City as a child. One of her most iconic moments came during a heated exchange with another queen, which led to the catchphrase “this is not RuPaul’s Best Friend Race,” now a staple in the show’s lexicon.
