The new Woodpecker beers include a unique cross-malt beer made with imported barley and hops sourced from Germany. This innovative approach to brewing requires a 30-day production process, emphasizing quality over speed.

The introduction of new flavors and brewing techniques is essential for keeping the market fresh and exciting. Challenges and Limitations
Despite the positive trends, some industry experts caution against overestimating the potential for premiumization in the beer market. Vinod Giri, director general of the Brewers Association of India, argues that there are limitations to how much beers can be premiumized compared to spirits and wines. He suggests that while premium beers can be priced higher, they cannot reach the same price points as spirits. The nature of beer as a product is seen as more unpretentious, which may restrict its market segmentation.
