Sood was reportedly shocked to learn of Venkat’s passing, as he had initially believed the actor was still hospitalized and had a chance of recovery. They revealed that a person had contacted them, pretending to be Prabhas’s assistant, but it turned out to be a fraudulent call. The family emphasized that they had not received any financial help from Prabhas or anyone else.
Despite the confusion surrounding the alleged donation, other actors, including Vishwak Sen and Pawan Kalyan, had also offered their support. Pawan Kalyan reportedly made a donation after learning about Venkat’s condition. Although the financial aid was delayed, the gestures of support from the film community have provided some comfort to the family during this trying time.
