Scene 1: The Tantra Trap and the Desperate Child
The episode opened with Raavan positioning himself strategically beside the milk bowl, determined to catch the mysterious thief who had been troubling the village. He decided to use his supernatural knowledge to create a foolproof plan. “No one can escape my tantra powers. I will create a magical design around this milk bowl that will trap anyone who tries to steal from it,” he said confidently. Raavan drew intricate tantra symbols around the milk container, believing his mystical knowledge would give him an advantage in solving the village’s problem. “With this powerful design, I will definitely catch the milk thief and prove my intelligence to everyone,” he thought to himself.
As the night progressed, the villagers gradually fell asleep in their homes, trusting that Raavan would handle the situation. Eventually, even Raavan decided to rest, confident that his magical trap would work even while he slept. Meanwhile, from the divine realm of Kailash, Devi Parvati was observing everything that was happening in the village. “What exactly has Raavan done down there? What kind of plan has he made?” she asked Mahadev with curiosity. Mahadev encouraged her to watch the events unfold for herself. “See for yourself what Raavan’s approach reveals about his true character,” he replied calmly. Devi Parvati expressed concern about the potential consequences. “Aren’t you worried about what might happen? This test could have serious results,” she asked.
In the village, while everyone was sleeping, a hungry child approached the milk bowl. This was the same kid who had tried to buy milk earlier in the day but couldn’t afford it because his family was too poor. The child carefully took the milk bowl and started drinking from it, desperately trying to satisfy his hunger and get nutrition for his sick mother. Devi Parvati recognized this child from the morning incident. “This is the same boy who wanted to buy milk for his mother but didn’t have enough money to pay the milkman,” she observed with sympathy. Other poor children from the village had also gathered around, hoping to get some milk to fill their empty stomachs. The first child tried to share the milk with his friends who were equally hungry and desperate. However, as soon as the child tried to move away with the milk bowl, Raavan’s tantra magic activated.
Suddenly, bright flames surrounded the child, trapping him in a circle of fire. “Help me! Someone please help me!” the child screamed in terror as the magical fire prevented him from escaping. The commotion woke up Raavan and all the villagers, who quickly rushed to the scene to see what was happening.
Scene 2: Harsh Judgment and Mob Mentality
When Raavan and the villagers arrived at the scene, they immediately understood what had occurred. “So this child is our milk thief. My tantra trap has worked perfectly and caught the culprit,” Raavan announced with satisfaction. The child was still trapped inside the circle of fire and pleaded desperately with Raavan. “Please let me go! I’m just a small child, and I didn’t mean any harm,” he begged with tears in his eyes. But Raavan showed no mercy and spoke with the authority of a judge. “You have committed a serious sin by stealing from this village. The time has come for your punishment, and there will be no escape,” he declared sternly.
Another child from the crowd asked fearfully, “What kind of punishment will you give him? What’s going to happen to our friend?” Raavan’s response shocked everyone who heard it. “The punishment for theft is death. This boy must die to set an example for others,” he announced coldly. From Kailash, Devi Parvati was horrified by Raavan’s cruel judgment. “How can he even consider killing an innocent child for such a small crime?” she said with disbelief.
The villagers, instead of showing compassion for a hungry child, supported Raavan’s harsh decision. “The boy is a thief, so he deserves to die. That’s the law, and justice must be served,” they said in agreement. However, one brave child from the group stood up to challenge this unfair judgment. “This is completely wrong and unfair. You can’t kill someone for being hungry,” the child protested courageously. Raavan turned to this brave child and asked, “What exactly are you trying to say? Do you think thieves should go unpunished?” The child explained the real situation behind the theft.
He doesn’t have enough money to buy milk because his family is very poor. That’s why he had to steal it to survive. And he’s not selfish – he also shares the milk with other poor children who are hungry like him.” Raavan remained unmoved by this explanation and refused to show any understanding. “A sinner is a sinner, regardless of his reasons. Let the villagers decide what punishment this boy should receive for his crime,” he said, passing the responsibility to the mob. The villagers, influenced by Raavan’s harsh attitude, unanimously agreed that the child deserved to die for his actions.
Scene 3: Divine Protection and Shocking Transformation
Devi Parvati could no longer remain silent as she watched this injustice unfold. “What are you waiting for, Mahadev? Are you really going to allow an innocent child to be killed for the crime of being hungry?” she demanded urgently. Just as Raavan was about to execute the child and carry out the death sentence, something miraculous happened that changed everything. The child who was trapped in the fire suddenly transformed into a stone statue. All the other children who had gathered around also turned into stone at the same time. Raavan and the villagers were completely shocked by this supernatural occurrence. “How is this possible?
What kind of magic is this?” they wondered in amazement and fear. Suddenly, a mysterious shadow emerged from one of the stone statues and spoke with a divine voice. “Every person, regardless of their wealth or status, has the right to basic necessities like milk and food. No one should be denied these things because of poverty.” The shadow then pronounced a powerful curse upon the village. “Because of your lack of compassion and cruelty toward the hungry, I curse this village. From now on, your cows will never produce milk again, and you will understand what it means to go without.”
Raavan couldn’t believe what he was witnessing and challenged the curse. “How is this possible? A thief’s curse cannot be stronger than Mahadev’s blessing on this village. My logic and justice should prevail,” he argued desperately. Just then, a villager came running with terrible news that confirmed the curse had taken effect. “All our cows have stopped producing milk completely, and even the old milk that was stored in our houses has mysteriously disappeared,” he reported with panic. Raavan was confused and frustrated by these supernatural events. “Mahadev, how is this happening?
What about the justice I tried to serve? Why is my righteousness being punished?” he called out to the heavens. At that moment, Mahadev and Devi Parvati appeared before everyone in the village. Devi Parvati immediately confronted Raavan about his terrible judgment. “You are nothing but a fool, Raavan. What you did was not justice – it was complete injustice and cruelty,” she said angrily. She continued explaining where Raavan had gone wrong. “You completely failed to understand the child’s desperate situation and the real reasons behind his actions.”
Scene 4: The Test’s Revelation and Raavan’s Defeat
Raavan tried to defend his actions and justify his harsh treatment of the child. “That boy was a thief who broke the law, so he deserved to be punished according to justice,” he insisted stubbornly. Devi Parvati pointed out the fundamental flaw in Raavan’s approach. “Your biggest mistake was giving the power to decide the child’s fate to an angry crowd. You allowed mob mentality to determine justice instead of using wisdom and compassion,” she explained. Suddenly, all the stone statues began transforming back to their original forms, but they weren’t children anymore.
They had become divine beings – Devtas who had been sent to test Raavan. “We greet you, Mahadev,” the Devtas said respectfully as they revealed their true identities. Raavan was completely stunned by this revelation and finally understood what had really been happening. “This was all part of my test, wasn’t it? These weren’t ordinary village children at all,” he realized with shock. Devi Parvati felt relieved that the divine intervention had prevented a terrible injustice from occurring. “Thank goodness that innocent children didn’t have to suffer because of Raavan’s lack of wisdom and compassion,” she said gratefully. The villagers, realizing they had supported a cruel and wrong decision, immediately fell at Mahadev’s feet.
“Please forgive us for our lack of compassion and our support of injustice. We didn’t understand the true nature of mercy and fairness,” they apologized humbly. Mahadev then delivered his judgment on Raavan’s performance in the first test. “You had a perfect opportunity to stop the crowd from making a cruel decision and show true leadership with wisdom and mercy. Instead, you became part of that same crowd and supported their harsh judgment,” he explained with disappointment.
Mahadev continued his evaluation. “A true leader should protect the innocent and understand the circumstances behind people’s actions. You failed to do either of these things.” Raavan realized he had completely failed the test and humbly accepted his defeat. “I understand now that I was wrong in my approach. I failed to show the wisdom and compassion that a true leader should have,” he admitted honestly. Despite his failure, Raavan was determined to continue his journey toward redemption. “Please give me the second test, Mahadev. I want to learn from my mistakes and prove that I can change,” he requested earnestly.
Mahadev agreed to give him another chance but first had other divine duties to attend to. “I need to go to a sacred yagya ceremony that one of my devoted followers is performing. After that, I will give you your second test,” he informed Raavan. Raavan was curious about this devotee who was important enough to require Mahadev’s personal attention. “Who is this devotee that you must visit personally?” he asked. Mahadev revealed the identity of this special follower. “The devotee is Raja Marud, who rules from the holy city of Ayodhya. He is performing a very sacred ritual that requires my blessing and presence.”
