Recent reports from the German publication WinFuture have shed light on the anticipated specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. The smartphone is expected to sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,440 x 3,120 pixels and a variable refresh rate of 120Hz. In line with its “slim” branding, the device is projected to weigh just 163 grams and measure a mere 5.85mm in thickness, potentially making it the slimmest model in the Galaxy S series to date.

The design of the Galaxy S25 Edge is rumored to include a robust titanium frame, complemented by glass on both the front and back, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Additionally, the phone may feature an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded beneath the display and is expected to carry an IP68 rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water. Powering the device is likely to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and offering up to 512GB of internal storage. It is anticipated to run on Android 15 with One UI 7. For photography enthusiasts, the Galaxy S25 Edge may include a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 200-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, along with a 12-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. Connectivity options are expected to encompass Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, while the device may house a 3,900mAh battery.

Pricing Details for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge

The pricing for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has also been leaked, suggesting that the 256GB variant could retail for approximately EUR 1,249, which translates to around Rs. 1,19,000 in India. The 512GB model is expected to be priced at EUR 1,369, roughly Rs. 1,30,000.
