Despite the slimmer design, the weight of the new model is expected to remain the same at 180 grams.
A dedicated microsite on Amazon indicates that the Galaxy M56 5G will be available for purchase through the platform. The promotional materials suggest a price range between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 30,000. For context, the previous model’s pricing for its various configurations was Rs. 26,999 for 8GB + 128GB, Rs. 29,999 for 8GB + 256GB, and Rs. 32,999 for 12GB + 256GB.
Design and Display Enhancements
The Samsung Galaxy M56 5G features significant design improvements, including Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ for enhanced durability. The device will showcase a sAMOLED+ display with Vision Booster technology, which is claimed to have 36 percent slimmer bezels and a 33 percent brighter screen compared to the Galaxy M55 5G.
In terms of aesthetics, the rear camera module has been redesigned. Unlike the previous model’s three distinct circular camera slots, the M56 will feature a vertical, raised pill-shaped island. This new design includes a smaller pill-shaped unit for the main and ultra-wide cameras, with a circular slot below for the macro camera.
