Redmi has officially launched its latest smartwatch, the Redmi Watch Move, in India. This new device features a sleek rectangular AMOLED display and a unique rotating crown for easy navigation. It operates on Xiaomi’s HyperOS and supports the Hindi language, promising a battery life of up to 14 days. The Redmi Watch Move is priced at Rs. 1,999 in India, as confirmed by the company in a recent press release. Consumers can purchase the smartwatch starting May 1 through various platforms, including Flipkart, the Xiaomi India website, and Xiaomi retail stores. Pre-booking for the device will commence on April 24. The smartwatch will be available in four attractive color options: Blue Blaze, Black Drift, Gold Rush, and Silver Sprint, catering to a range of personal styles.

The Redmi Watch Move is equipped with a 1.85-inch rectangular AMOLED screen featuring a 2.5D curved design. It offers a resolution of 390 x 450 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 60Hz, and a brightness level of 600 nits, ensuring clear visibility in various lighting conditions. The watch supports over 140 preset sports modes and includes health monitoring features such as heart rate tracking, blood oxygen level (SpO₂) monitoring, stress level assessment, sleep cycle tracking, and menstrual cycle tracking.
Running on Xiaomi’s HyperOS, the smartwatch allows users to sync notes, tasks, calendar events, and real-time weather updates. It supports Bluetooth calling and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices, as well as the Mi Fitness App. Users can save up to 10 contacts directly on the watch. The rotating crown feature enables easy navigation through apps and notifications. Additionally, the watch is designed with an anti-allergy TPU strap and has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Redmi Watch Move is powered by a 300mAh battery, which Xiaomi claims can last up to 14 days under typical usage conditions. For users with heavier usage patterns, the battery life can extend up to 10 days. If the Always-On Display feature is activated, users can expect around five days of battery life. The smartwatch also includes an “Ultra” Battery Saver Mode for extended use. In terms of dimensions, the watch measures 45.5 x 38.9 x 10.8mm and weighs just 25 grams, making it lightweight and comfortable for daily wear.
