Pricing and Availability of Redmi Buds 7S

The Redmi Buds 7S are currently available for pre-order in China at a price of CNY 199, which is approximately Rs. 2,300. Customers can place their orders through JD.com, with official sales set to commence on April 11 at 10 AM local time (7:30 AM IST). The earphones come in three stylish color options: Clear Snow White, Light Lake Green, and Midnight Black, catering to a variety of aesthetic preferences.

Key Features and Specifications

Featuring 12.4mm titanium-plated drivers and 5.5mm micro-piezoelectric ceramic units, the Redmi Buds 7S are designed for superior sound quality. Their semi-in-ear design is complemented by a NetEase Cloud Music certification, ensuring a rich audio experience. Users can choose from five preset equalizer settings and utilize SoundID for personalized audio tuning based on individual hearing preferences.

The Buds 7S leverage Xiaomi’s innovative HRTF (Head-Related Transfer Function) technology to deliver a 360-degree surround sound experience. With advanced noise cancellation capabilities, including deep and balanced modes, these earphones can adapt to varying noise environments thanks to their dual-microphone system, which assesses and adjusts the noise cancellation level accordingly.

Additionally, the Redmi Buds 7S support dual-device connectivity, allowing users to connect to two devices simultaneously, such as a smartphone and a PC. They also feature Xiaomi’s Pengpai interconnectivity, enabling seamless integration with Xiaomi smartphones, IoT devices, and cars. The earphones are compatible with the Xiaomi Earbuds App, which provides options for modifying equalizer settings and noise cancellation modes.

Battery Life and Charging Features

Redmi claims that the Buds 7S can deliver up to 32 hours of total battery life on a single charge, including the charging case, and up to six and a half hours of playback without the case. For users in need of a quick charge, just 10 minutes of charging can provide up to two hours of playback time. The charging case features a USB Type-C port and incorporates Cloud Crevice Light Effect 2.0, which uses an LED light strip to indicate the battery level, ensuring users are always informed about their earphones’ power status.
