Prime Minister remembers the victims of Partition

The Chief Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, remembered the victims whose lives were lost in the partition of the country as the nation observed โ€˜Vibhajan Vibhishika Smriti Diwasโ€™ today. Shri Modi paid tribute to them and remembered the struggles of those uprooted from their homes.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;

โ€œPartition Vibhishika Memorial Day is an occasion to reverently remember those Indians whose lives were sacrificed during the partition of the country. Along with this, this day also reminds us of the suffering and struggle of those who have been forced to bear the brunt of displacement. I bow to all these people.
