Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi greeted His Holiness the Dalai Lama by telephone on his 88th birthday.
In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;
“I spoke to His Holiness @DalaiLama and sent him my sincere regards on his 88th birthday. I wish him a long and healthy life.”
