PDUNASS and IC Centre for Governance Support Ethical Leadership Training for New EPFO Officers
In a significant move to enhance ethical governance within public services, the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS) recently conducted a specialized training session focused on ethics and core values for over 30 newly promoted Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners (APFCs). This initiative, organized in partnership with the IC Centre for Governance (ICCfG), aims to instill a strong foundation of ethical leadership among the officers, each of whom boasts more than 20 years of service experience. During the session, Shri Kumar Rohit, Director of PDUNASS, reiterated the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation’s (EPFO) unwavering dedication to ethical conduct and institutional values. He highlighted the organization’s ongoing digital transformation, particularly its transition to a paperless environment through the e-Office platform. This shift not only enhances efficiency but also promotes transparency and accountability in service delivery.
