Oppo has officially announced the launch date for its highly anticipated Reno 14 series in India. Set to debut on July 3, the lineup will be available for purchase on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The Indian variant of the Reno 14 Pro 5G is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chip, alongside impressive camera capabilities, including a 50-megapixel main rear camera. Additionally, the Pro variant will boast a robust 6,200mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting performance for users.

Oppo confirmed the launch of the Reno 14 5G series through a press invite on Thursday. The event will take place virtually and can be viewed live on Oppo’s social media channels starting at 12:00 PM IST. To build excitement, the company has been actively promoting the upcoming phones through posts on social media and a dedicated microsite on its website. Major online retailers Amazon and Flipkart have also set up special webpages to tease the new lineup, indicating a strong marketing push ahead of the launch.
Specifications of the Reno 14 5G Series
The Indian version of the Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G is set to mirror its Chinese counterpart in terms of specifications. It will feature a quad rear camera setup, highlighted by a 50-megapixel OV50E sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). This will be complemented by additional 50-megapixel sensors, including a telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom and an ultra-wide-angle camera. The device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset and will include a substantial 6,200mAh battery, supporting both 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
The standard Oppo Reno 14 is rumored to come with a triple rear camera configuration, featuring a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor. Both models are expected to include a 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus capabilities. Additionally, the Reno 14 series will offer a suite of AI-powered features, such as AI Voice Enhancer and AI Editor 2.0, enhancing the user experience.
Expected Pricing and Global Launch
Pricing for the Oppo Reno 14 5G series in India is anticipated to align closely with the launch prices in China. The Reno 14 5G debuted in China at a starting price of CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs. 33,200) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the Reno 14 Pro 5G was priced at CNY 3,499 (around Rs. 41,500) for its base model. In addition to India, Oppo is preparing to launch the Reno 14 series in other international markets, with a scheduled release in Malaysia on July 1 at 6 PM local time (3:30 PM IST).
