Dragana Raduloviฤ was born on September 16, 1976, in Podgorica, Montenegro. She pursued her higher education at the University of Montenegro, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English language and literature in 1999. Her academic foundation laid the groundwork for a distinguished career in diplomacy, which began shortly after her graduation in 2000. Over the years, Raduloviฤ has developed expertise in various areas, including multilateral affairs and security policy.
Diplomatic Career Highlights
Raduloviฤ’s diplomatic journey includes several prominent roles. From October 2024 to April 2025, she served as Ambassador-at-Large in Charge of Cyber Security within Montenegro’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to this, she was Chargรฉ dโaffaires at the Embassy of Montenegro in Austria from September 2022 to April 2024. Her experience also includes a tenure as Adviser to the Prime Minister of Montenegro for Foreign and Security Policy from September 2019 to October 2020, where she led the Government Commission for Countering Hybrid Threats.
