LG has officially launched its latest wireless earphones, the Xboom Buds, in select global markets. These innovative earbuds boast an IPX4-rated splash-resistant design and feature advanced graphene-coated dynamic drivers. With a remarkable battery life of up to 30 hours when used with the charging case, the Xboom Buds are tuned by renowned American artist Will.i.am and come equipped with active noise cancellation (ANC) and Auracast technology.

The LG Xboom Buds are priced at $109 (approximately ₹9,300) in the United States, as confirmed by the company in a recent press release. Consumers can purchase the earbuds through Amazon and the official LG website in the UK. Currently, the earbuds are available in two color options: black and white. However, LG has not yet announced a launch date for the Xboom Buds in India, leaving potential customers eager for updates.

Specifications and Features of LG Xboom Buds

Designed for an exceptional audio experience, the LG Xboom Buds are tuned by the acclaimed rapper and producer Will.i.am. These in-ear true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones are engineered to deliver “crisp, balanced sound with rich bass, midrange, and treble.” Each earbud is equipped with 10mm graphene-coated drivers and supports up to 35dB of active noise cancellation, along with an Ambient Mode for enhanced listening flexibility. Each earbud also features three microphones to ensure clear audio during calls.

In addition to their impressive sound quality, the Xboom Buds support Auracast connectivity and are compatible with the Xboom Buds app, which is available on iOS, Android, and LG Gram’s Windows platforms. This app allows users to experience Auracast even on devices that do not natively support it. Users can also adjust ANC and equalizer levels through the app. The earbuds support various audio codecs, including SBC, AAC, and LC3, and utilize Bluetooth 5.4 technology, along with Microsoft Swift Pair and Google Fast Pair for seamless connectivity.

The Xboom Buds offer up to 10 hours of playback on a single charge, with the charging case extending total usage to 30 hours. A full charge takes approximately one hour, and a quick 5-minute charge provides up to 60 minutes of listening time. With an IPX4 rating for splash resistance, these earbuds are designed for durability. Each earbud measures 25.3 x 20.8 x 23.9mm and weighs just 5.3g, while the charging case, which features a USB Type-C port, measures 63.0 x 32.8 x 31.2mm and weighs 36g, taking 2.5 hours to fully charge.
