Launch of Special campaign 3.0 Portal by Hon’ble Minister of State Dr. Jitendra Singh ji, on 14.09.2023 at National Media Centre, New Delhi
Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Science and Technology, MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pension, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr Jitendra Singh to launch the website https://scdpm.nic.inweb portal dedicated to monitoring the Special Campaign 3.0 of September 14thth, 2023 at National Media Centre, New Delhi. The Special Campaign 3.0 will be preceded by the preparatory phase starting from 3 pmth September to 30th September 2023. The launch ceremony will be attended by nodal officers of Special Campaign 3.0, nodal officers of public complaints and appellate authorities in all 84 ministries/departments of Government of India.
At the same meeting, the Special Campaign Guidelines 3.0 and the progress of the Special Campaign from December 2022 to July 2023 and the Monthly Secretariat Reforms Report for June-July 2023 will also be published.
The Government of India announced the Special Campaign 3.0 on 2nd October 2023 to 31st October 2023 with focus on Swachhata and reducing dependency in government offices with saturation approach. The Cabinet Secretary addressed all the Secretaries of the Government of India on the 25thth August 2023 and the DARPG guidelines for the same were released on 1st September 2023. Special Campaign 3.0 will focus on field/suburban offices responsible for providing services or having a public interface, in addition to ministries/departments and their related/subordinate offices. The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Complaints is the nodal department for the implementation of Special Campaign 3.0.
The preparatory part of the Special Campaign 3.0 will begin with the launch of the Special Campaign 3.0 portal and will continue until 30 September 2023. During this period the Ministries/Departments will identify the slope in the selected categories and finalize the campaign sites.
