RV wakes up to see Poorvi asleep and believes it’s still time for her to get up. He looks at the clock and tells her that it is 10 PM. He thinks he will let her sleep and then covers the window. He stands in front of her so the sun doesn’t hit her. Then he wonders what he should do because he is going to a meeting at the office. He places the sofa in the path so that she doesn’t wake up. He remembers Khushi’s promise that he would ruin her sister’s life and then his rudeness towards her in the beginning. Vikrant arrives. Deepika calls Monisha. Monisha answers the phone and asks, “Why did you call now? You should have waited until I woke up.” Deepika asks if she’s going to Anmol Mehta’s party. Monisha wants to know about it. Deepika claims that Anmol Mehta threw the party because Poorvi had ended RV’s troubles. Monisha wonders if Poorvi is to blame for the end of all troubles. Deepika confirms and tells Monisha that Nethra has left, and Poorvi dropped her at the bus depot. She tells her to get out of her dreams and do something. Harleen arrives. Deepika pretends to be a servant and tells her to bring coriander, etc. Harleen claims that it was delivered yesterday.
RV tells Vikrant he’s not right for Poorvi. Dadu and Vikrant say that he cannot do anything wrong to anyone. RV tells her that I’ve done something wrong. Dadu asks, what did you do? RV said that I had lowered the AC temperature to make her feel colder one day. Dadu asks what he did? He said we won’t forgive you. Vikrant says that you will be punished. RV says that Dadu will punish him and calls him scum. He also says what’s the difference between Khushi now and you, and tells Khushi you are waking up Rudra avatar. He says that you kept the AC temperature at 16°, so I’ve kept it at 16°.

Dadu calls Dadi when he is ready. Dadi arrives and tells Dadi that she was the first to get ready. Harleen arrives. Dadu asks Dadu where Harman is. Harleen tells me that he takes a lot longer to get ready. Harman arrives. RV and Yug arrive. RV teases Yug. Yug claims that a group of girls is standing. RV asks, which line is it? Dadu says that you are my son. Harman tells Dadu that a line of girls is standing behind him. Dadi becomes upset. Dadu says that you make us fight. Harman said Dadu does the same thing every time. Harleen is his perfect match, he says. He tells Yug to stop wasting his time. Yug says that we will go to a party. Jaswant Vaishali and Jaswant come. Vaishali asks why he takes so long to get ready. Vikrant and Deepika arrive. He compares himself to Dadu and says that Deepika spent 1.5 hours getting ready. Deepika tells her she must look good, so get ready. Yug asks Vikrant if he can sing the song. Deepika tells him he cannot sing. RV challenges Bhai. Dadu tells you that I am not a singer, but my blood. Harman says that he is in my blood. Vikrant promises to sing and tries. Harman asks you if she’s beautiful and you are insulting her. Vikrant wants them to stand by him. He sings. Deepika wonders why he’s happy. Vikrant claims RV has been proven innocent. They tell them that they must go to the party. Harleen asks if we should go. Harman says lets go. He says he will go with Harleen and that we will take Bau Ji and Beeji along in my car. Jaswant tells Vaishali that he will drive Deepika and Vikrant with him. RV says that I will bring Yug and Poorvi along. Monisha arrives. Deepika invites Monisha to RV. RV agrees, but Poorvi hasn’t arrived yet. Poorvi arrives. RV smiles at Poorvi. Everyone leaves. RV tells Yug to go get the keys, and then goes himself to retrieve them. Yug tells Monisha Bhabhi eloped because she was upset with Neha. She says it’s brave of her to even think about getting her husband to marry someone else. Monisha smirks. RV comes with the keys, and tells us that we are late. Yug teases him. RV claims I came down without the keys. Poorvi, he believes, will be on Yug’s behalf. Yug is seated in the car. RV tells Monisha to take the back seat. Monisha becomes angry and says she won’t be quiet until he falls to the ground. She sits with Yug on the back seat and looks at Poorvi. Poorvi is seated in the front. Monisha believes that all her dreams are going to come true.
Kumkum Bhagya written Update 20th August 2024: The Party Begins
Harleen thanked a woman for praising RV in front of them. She said I remember you had a problem with RV, and didn’t trust him. The lady said I told you that our RV couldn’t do it. Harleen replies that it must have been someone else. She suggests that the lady may have been her twin sister who said all of that. Dadi claims that she told him that Malhotras live near our home, but that we do not know them. The lady said that sometimes we do these things and that the world is not trustworthy. Harleen agrees with you and believes that only when we suffer do we truly feel our pain. Dadi says that we cannot bear this. Jaswant says that we will stay away from these people. Harman says he stays away from other people to be closer to his family. He claims that his family is the source of all his happiness. Vikrant tells him that we are all happy because of your habit. Mr. Anmol says that everyone is a business guest and asks Harman to carry them for the night. Harman agrees to wait until the party is over. Dadu says I am old Basmati rice. Harman says that your party is also our party.
The media comes. The reporter Rajan says that we are glad to see your happiness and asks for a family photo. They take the picture. Rajan asks, where are RV and Poorvi. Diya asks Soham what she’ll do at the party. Soham claims that Anmol Mehta is throwing this party to clear RV’s reputation. RV and Poorvi are there. Poorvi tells Diya it’s good she came because she will have company when RV is working. Monisha believes that middle-class sisters are gathering as if it is the first time they have met. RV tells her he’ll park his car and come. He asks the people to come. Her bracelet becomes entangled with his watch. She says it’s my bracelet. He says that you are just like teekhi Mirchi, and that your bracelet is stuck to my watch. You are now blaming him. She tries to remove her bracelet. He tells her that you’re wooing him, so don’t. He tells her not to touch my watch with her bracelet. Poorvi says that you are an alien, not from this planet. He laughed and they tried to remove the bracelet from the timepiece. Monisha comes out.
