Scene 1 – A Demand That Changes Everything
Payal’s phone buzzes right when she is checking the final wedding details. She sees Bhavesh’s name flashing on the screen and answers in a soft voice. Bhavesh sounds impatient. He tells her, “I asked for three lakh rupees. You only gave me two and a half. I need the rest now.” Payal tries to keep her cool. She says, “You will get it after the wedding. I do not have extra money at this moment.” Bhavesh’s voice grows louder. “If you do not bring the remaining amount, I will not marry Prarthna. And if I refuse, your wedding with Raunak will also not move forward.” Payal, feeling cornered, takes a slow breath. She pleads, “I promise I will arrange the remaining fifty thousand soon. Let me see how I can manage it.” Bhavesh is not calm. “I have already warned you. No money, no wedding. You decide.” With that, he ends the call, leaving Payal upset.
Just then, Ketki enters the room. She notices Payal’s worried face and asks, “Who were you talking to? You look stressed.” Payal explains, “That was Bhavesh. He is demanding his full payment before the wedding. He even threatened that if he does not get the money, he will call off his marriage to Prarthna. If that happens, my wedding with Raunak will also be ruined.” Payal shakes her head as she speaks. Ketki frowns and mutters, “He is acting like a troublemaker. Are you sure he will stick to his word even if he gets the money?” Payal looks unsure but says, “I have no choice right now. He holds all the power. I must keep my promise.” Ketki offers, “I can carry the money for you, but you must be very careful. What if he tries something else later?” Payal sighs. “I do not know. For now, I need him to stand by Prarthna in the mandap. I cannot let anything spoil these weddings.” They sit together for a moment, thinking of a way out. Payal dials a few contacts on her phone, hoping to borrow the rest of the money. Ketki watches with concern. She gives a small nod and says, “We will get through this.” Payal tries to stay positive. Even though the situation feels tense, she hopes Bhavesh will keep his word once the money is in his hands.
Scene 2 – Worries and New Discoveries
In another part of the house, Baa notices Kinjal pacing around. Baa walks over and asks kindly, “Beta, why do you look so worried? Is something on your mind?” Kinjal stops and admits, “I overheard Harsh talking to Hetan. Harsh said that Raunak cares a lot for Prarthna, and he used the words ‘madly in love.’ I am afraid Harsh might do something unexpected. I do not want any fights.” Right then, Shubhvi arrives. She heard bits of the conversation. She says, “I think we should stay calm. Maybe Harsh is only worried about Prarthna’s well-being.” Kinjal nods slowly. “Yes, I hope so. I just do not want any drama.” Baa pats Kinjal’s shoulder gently. “We have many things to handle today. Let us think good thoughts.” Meanwhile, Raunak is near the entrance with Mayank. Mayank leans in and whispers, “The detective we hired has some news. He thinks Bhavesh might already be married.” Raunak’s eyes widen slightly. “That cannot be. If that is true, Prarthna is in big trouble. I need to confirm this before it is too late.”
In the courtyard, the wedding rituals for Payal and Raunak are starting. The pandit calls Raunak to stand beside the sacred fire. He places a small metal pot called a Kalash in front of them and says, “You must circle it three times.” Raunak steps forward, but his mind is racing with worry about what Mayank said. As he tries to walk around the Kalash, he pretends to stumble. A little water spills from a nearby container onto his outfit. He looks down at his wet clothes and announces, “I am sorry, I need to change. Please give me a moment.” People watch with confusion. Still, nobody suspects anything unusual. Raunak hurries away toward his room. Mayank follows him quickly. Payal, standing by the side, wonders what is going on. She thinks Raunak is just clumsy. She tries not to let this small mishap spoil the ceremony. For now, she decides to keep an eye on him but does not say anything. In the back of her mind, she remembers Bhavesh’s threat and hopes the money issue will not blow up.
Scene 3 – The Secret Plan in Raunak’s Room
Inside Raunak’s room, Harsh and Mayank stand near the door, waiting for Raunak to speak. Raunak looks worried but steady. He closes the door so nobody can overhear them. Then he says, “Our detective has a strong lead. He believes Bhavesh is already married to someone else. I need to protect Prarthna from a fake marriage.” Harsh nods but stays quiet. Raunak steps closer and continues, “I want to confirm if Bhavesh is truly hiding this. If yes, then we must stop this wedding. But first, we need time to find proof. I cannot let the family know everything yet, or there will be panic.” He paces a bit, then looks at Harsh with serious eyes. “I have a plan. While I am gone, you must sit in the mandap in my place.” Harsh looks surprised. “You want me to pretend to be the groom?” Raunak nods. “Yes, just for a short while. I will go out with Mayank to get facts about Bhavesh. Once I come back, I will take my seat again. Trust me, I do not enjoy tricking people, but I see no other way.”
Harsh hesitates. “I do not want to cause confusion. People might notice.” Raunak assures him, “We will cover your face with the wedding scarf or something similar. No one will know. Please, we cannot let Prarthna marry someone who might already have a wife. Also, if that wedding fails, Payal’s and my wedding might also be canceled.” Harsh slowly agrees. “All right, for you and for Prarthna’s safety, I will do it. But come back fast.” Raunak thanks him. Mayank says, “Let us go. The detective gave us an address where Bhavesh’s friend lives.” Meanwhile, Bhavesh sits in a quiet corner, performing a short prayer. He thinks to himself, “I have tried so many times to stop this from going forward. Still, everything is lined up. My plan needs to work.” With a smirk, he finishes his rituals, confident that nothing can ruin his day. As soon as Harsh heads toward the mandap, he feels his heart beat faster. He wonders how he will avoid answering Payal’s questions. Yet he reminds himself that Raunak will return soon, and this will all be sorted out.
Scene 4 – A Race for Truth
Harsh appears at the mandap with his face partly covered. He sits where Raunak was supposed to be. Payal stands beside him, thinking he is Raunak. She attempts to speak, “Raunak, are you feeling okay? You were acting so strange earlier.” Harsh just nods once, keeping silent to avoid revealing his voice. Payal feels uneasy but tries to focus on the ceremony. Not far away, Prarthna steps forward, wearing her wedding attire. She sits next to the disguised Harsh, unaware of the switch. The family members are preoccupied with the wedding rituals and do not suspect anything yet. Meanwhile, Raunak and Mayank jump into a car and speed off to the address the detective provided. They stop in a small neighborhood and spot a man loitering near a corner. Mayank whispers, “That might be Bhavesh’s friend.” They approach him, and Raunak tries to speak politely, “We want to know about Bhavesh. He is about to get married. Is there anything we should know?”
The friend becomes nervous and steps back. “I have nothing to say. Leave me alone.” Raunak tries again, “We only want the truth. If he is already married, we must protect the girl he is tricking.” The man shakes his head, refusing to talk. Raunak, losing patience, grabs his arm and says firmly, “Stop lying. Somebody’s life is at stake. Speak up.” Seeing Raunak’s determination, the friend blurts out, “All right, I will tell you. Yes, Bhavesh is already married. He has a wife in another place.” Raunak’s heart pounds. That confirms the detective’s suspicion. He thanks the friend, then quickly turns to Mayank, “We need to get back right now.” Back at the wedding, Payal feels something is off about the groom’s silence. Prarthna also senses a slight change, but the ceremony is moving forward, and everyone is focused on the chanting. In the final moments of the episode, Raunak rushes back with Mayank, ready to confront Bhavesh’s secrets.
