In Today’s Episode, Apu faces her medical fears with humor and song, while Arshi confronts her choices about Aniruddh. At home, Jhanak earns Arundhati’s acceptance—one warm oil massage at a time….. Scene 1: Apu’s Headache and Heartfelt Tune
The episode begins at the hospital. Apu, feeling restless, asks when the doctor will call them in. Kajol tries to keep her calm and tells her to wait patiently. Aniruddh adds that Apu can fully enjoy his wedding only if she gets better. But Apu, feeling uneasy, says she doesn’t feel good at all. Lalon gently asks her what’s bothering her. Apu replies that her head hurts and claims she’s going to die suddenly. Kajol scolds her for saying that and says they won’t speak to her if she continues like this. Lalon, confused, wonders what has made Apu talk this way. Apu says that everyone is scolding her, and Jhanak tells her that her words hurt the people who love her. Apu quickly apologizes and says she won’t speak like that again.
Just then, the nurse arrives and tells them the doctor has called. But Apu, still annoyed, refuses to go. She says she has already waited too long. The nurse calmly tells her that if she doesn’t go, the doctor will see another patient instead. Apu gets angry and scolds the nurse, but Aniruddh stops her and takes her inside. The doctor greets Apu and asks how she’s feeling. Apu says she isn’t fine and complains about the long wait. Jhanak tries to stop her from talking rudely, but the doctor brushes it off. The doctor asks what the problem is. Lalon starts to answer, but Apu interrupts and insists on speaking for herself.
Apu says she’s perfectly fine and doesn’t want any injections. She brings up Aniruddh’s wedding and how everyone is upset with her. Kajol tries to hush her, but Apu continues, saying she has headaches and even fainted. Kajol explains to the doctor that the headaches have been troubling Apu a lot. Jhanak adds that Apu had fainted outside the event venue, but she usually returns to normal after a while. The doctor examines her and says they need to run some tests. Lalon asks if it’s anything serious. The doctor replies that it’s too early to say. Apu jokes that Lalon is scared she’ll die. The doctor tells her not to say such things.
Apu, trying to escape the tests, says she has to attend Aniruddh’s wedding events. But Aniruddh convinces her that the tests are necessary. The doctor agrees and says she needs the results soon and advises Apu to take care. Apu hands a chocolate to the doctor in exchange for not giving her an injection. The doctor playfully says Apu hasn’t sung for her yet. Apu sings a song. Everyone claps.
Scene 2: Broken Bonds and Blunt Words
Elsewhere, Vinayak speaks to Arshi and directly asks what her thoughts are on divorcing Aniruddh. Srishti cuts in, saying he could’ve asked that over the phone. She reminds him that Siddarth is going to be their son-in-law. Vinayak says he just wanted to know what Arshi wants, adding that she’s still married. He asks how she can live with Siddarth under those conditions. Srishti says he never questioned Aniruddh. Vinayak firmly says Aniruddh isn’t his son. He turns to Arshi and tells her to come live with him if she truly loves him. But she must finalize the divorce first. After that, she can do whatever she wants.
Srishti says Vinayak must be worried about what people will say. Vinayak accuses her of pushing Arshi into this. He asks Arshi to admit Srishti influenced her. Srishti calmly says Arshi made the decision herself. Siddharth, watching the argument unfold, thinks to himself that he’s lucky Arshi’s parents handed her over so easily. Arshi finally speaks up, telling Vinayak that the decision was hers and hers alone. Srishti points out that the divorce is important for Aniruddh as well since he plans to marry Jhanak on the same day. Vinayak leaves the room. Siddharth starts to go after him, but Arshi stops him. Arshi then turns to Srishti and asks if she’s really doing the right thing. Srishti says choosing freedom is the right thing. She hugs Arshi and asks Siddarth about his plans. He shares everything with her.
Scene 3: Oil, Arguments, and Acceptance
Aniruddh returns home with Jhanak and sees Arundhati in pain. He asks what happened. Arundhati quickly blames Jhanak for her condition. Jhanak offers to give her an oil massage using a blend she made herself. But Arundhati refuses. Anjana then asks Jhanak to bring the oil anyway. While Jhanak is away, Arundhati reveals she slipped in the bathroom. She screams in pain again. Jhanak comes back with the oil and asks her to try the massage just once. Arundhati says no again. Bipasha chimes in, accusing Jhanak of heating the oil on purpose. Jhanak firmly tells her to stop making such accusations.
Jhanak assures Arundhati she’ll feel better. Mrinalini says if the oil works, Arundhati should give Jhanak a gift. Bablu suggests that gift should be attending Aniruddh and Jhanak’s wedding. Bipasha accuses Bablu of siding with Jhanak. Bablu and Anjana scold her. Jhanak massages Arundhati’s back gently. After a while, Arundhati admits she feels much better. She says Jhanak will have to do all this to win over the family because she’s going to be the daughter-in-law. Mrinalini asks Arundhati to attend the wedding functions, saying Aniruddh was never happy with Arshi, but Jhanak brings him joy. Arundhati says she is thankful to Jhanak and agrees to attend the wedding. Jhanak says that her blessing is enough. She smiles when Arundhati says yes.
