Welcome to Jhanak Written Update 1st January 2025. In Today’s Episode, While Jhanak tries to escape from her captors, Lalon makes Shubhankar and Tanuja leave their house. The family splits up, and news spreads that Jhanak has gone missing….. Scene 1: Jhanak’s Brave Stand
In a dark room, Jhanak sits thinking about what Kul Bhushan told her. A goon walks in with some food in his hands. “Here, eat this,” the goon says, putting the food down. Jhanak looks at the food and shakes her head. “I won’t eat anything you bring.” “Listen,” the goon warns her, “you need to stay alive to sign those papers. You only have until tomorrow.” Jhanak lifts her chin up bravely. “I’m not afraid of dying.”
Scene 2: Family Decision Time
In a big house, Lalon stands in front of everyone. “Nobody needs to leave except Shubhankar,” he says firmly. Anjana steps forward, looking worried. “I can’t stay here anymore.” “No,” Lalon says, “only Shubhankar must go.” Aniruddh tries to help by saying, “I’ll leave instead.” But Apu quickly says, “No, you don’t need to go anywhere.” Lalon turns to Aniruddh kindly. “You shouldn’t suffer for what Shubhankar did wrong. Even Rimi and Mimi can stay.” Little Rimi looks up with sad eyes. “How can I live here without my mom and dad?” “That’s your choice to make,” Lalon tells her gently.
Scene 3: A Talk With The Goon
Back in the room, Jhanak tries to talk to the goon. “Don’t you have a mother or sister?” she asks. The goon looks annoyed. “I don’t need a lecture.” “You could do better work than this,” Jhanak tells him. “Nobody gave me any other work,” the goon explains. “I’m doing this for my family, but even they don’t want me now.” Jhanak sees a chance. “You can start a good life today!” The goon laughs. “You’re just trying to escape.” “I won’t beg for my life,” Jhanak says strongly. “If it’s written in my fate to die, I’ll die. But if you try anything bad, I’ll end my life myself. You’re all cowards, acting like animals!” The goon yawns. “I’m sleepy. Goodnight.” After he leaves, Jhanak thinks to herself. “Nobody cares if I try to talk sense. I need to find a way out of here.”
Scene 4: The Police Matter
At the house, Tanuja looks angry. “Lalon’s brave because he has police support today!” The police commissioner looks at Shubhankar. “Be happy you don’t have to pay 15 crores. Now give Lalon a check, right here.” Shubhankar writes the check and gives it to Lalon. Then he turns to his mother Arundati. “I’m leaving now. I’ll get my things later.” Lalon adds, “You can come visit your parents anytime.”
Scene 5: The Departure
Tanuja tells everyone that only she will go with Shubhankar to their flat. She worries about the flat’s condition. “We lived in Basti, which was worse than any flat,” Lalon reminds her. Arundati hugs her son. “Come see me sometimes.” Tanuja looks at Bablu. “You must be happy now.” “No,” Bablu says honestly, “I’m not happy about any of this.” Bipasha and Laal promise to visit them in the flat. As Shubhankar and Tanuja leave, everyone watches silently. Srishti tells Vinayak the big news. “Lalon threw Shubhankar and Tanuja out of the house!” Vinayak can’t believe it. “How can Lalon do that? You must be wrong.” “No,” Srishti insists, “it’s true!”
Scene 6: Lalon’s Explanation
Lalon talks to Aniruddh privately. “You might think I’m bad, but you trusted me and helped me so much. That’s why I forgave the rest of the Bose family.” Aniruddh nods. “Shubham did wrong, so this is fair. I’m staying because of Arshi’s pregnancy.” Arshi speaks up. “If I had money, I would have paid Lalon back.” “I already got my money,” Lalon tells her. Then he adds, “I’ll bring Shubhankar and Tanuja back once they learn their lesson. And maybe Jhanak will come live here too.” Aniruddh shakes his head. “Jhanak won’t come here. It’s complicated.” Just then, his phone rings. It’s Aditya with bad news: Jhanak is missing. While they talk, back in her prison, Jhanak finds the door unlocked and sees the goon sleeping.
