Welcome to Jhanak Written Update 17th February 2025. In this written update, we follow the ongoing story of our favourite characters as they face new challenges, share emotional moments, and continue their journey. In Today’s Episode, Srishti tries to reconcile with Jhanak and take her away from the Bose house, but Jhanak refuses to trust her. Meanwhile, Jimli fights for money, and Arshi clashes with Jhanak over love and respect…. Scene 1: Tanuja and Arundati’s Discussion
The episode begins with Tanuja telling Srishti firmly, “Jhanak can’t stay in the Bose house.” Choton overhears this and disagrees. “Jhanak will stay here,” he insists. Tanuja looks at Arundati for support. Arundati reminds Tanuja, “Shubhankar wants to apologize to Jhanak. Until he returns from the court, I can’t make any decision.” She then turns to Choton. “Arshi has rights on this house, just like you and Aniruddh,” she says. This statement sets the tone for the ongoing tension about who belongs in the Bose house.
Scene 2: Srishti’s Apology to Jhanak
Srishti approaches Jhanak, her voice trembling. “I want to talk to you,” she says. “I came here to apologize. I’ve changed.” Jhanak is shocked by Srishti’s words. She listens silently as Srishti continues, “I know I did wrong by you, and I want to make things right. Please forgive me.” Srishti pleads further, “Let me stay with you until your verdict comes out. You’ll need someone by your side.” Jhanak responds coldly, “Who are you to forgive? Nothing will change even if I forgive you.” Srishti insists, “I’m ashamed of myself. I want to rectify my mistakes. Please let me help you.” Jhanak refuses. “You mean nothing to me,” she says firmly.
Scene 3: Jimli and Lalon’s Argument
On the other hand, Jimli confronts Lalon. “Why didn’t you take all the money from Shubhankar?” she demands. Lalon explains, “I took all the money our father gave him. There was no more.” Jimli presses further. “What about the interest? We lost our father because of Shubhankar. He snatched everything from us!” Apu joins the conversation. “We shouldn’t trust Shubhankar,” she warns. Jimli adds, “The Bose family will ruin your present too.” She glances at Apu, hinting at something deeper. Lalon grows defensive. “Don’t interfere in my personal matters,” he snaps. Laal arrives and requests Lalon, “Stop all this. If you leave the house, Arundati and Amitabh won’t tolerate it.” After Laal leaves, Apu asks Lalon, “Can we trust him?” Lalon replies, “He sounded genuine. But I lied to him that day. Those people were just decorators.”
Scene 4: Srishti’s Plea to Take Jhanak
Srishti tells Jhanak, “You have rights to stay with me. Let me take you to our house. I’ve truly changed, and I’ll change your life.” Arshi overhears this and steps in. “If this is what you want, then forget me,” she tells Srishti angrily. Srishti defends herself. “You have everything, but Jhanak has nothing. She needs me, and I’ll support her.” Arshi orders, “Take Jhanak from here right now.” Srishti insists, “I’m Jhanak’s mother, and I have rights to take her with me.” Aniruddh intervenes. “It hasn’t been proven that you’re a good mother to Jhanak.” Jhanak speaks up. “My mother is Urvashi. I won’t give her place to anyone.” Srishti pleads one last time. “I understand it won’t be easy for you to trust me. But if you stay in the Bose house, come meet me sometime.”
Scene 5: Meenu’s Support for Jhanak
Meenu enters and hugs Jhanak tightly. “You did nothing wrong,” she reassures her. “You just trusted the wrong people. That’s all.” Aniruddh addresses Srishti. “I can’t take the risk of sending Jhanak with you.” Jhanak nods in agreement, feeling supported by Meenu and Aniruddh.
Scene 6: Jimli’s Meeting with Her Boyfriend
Jimli meets her boyfriend, who asks, “Why are you fighting with your family for money?” He explains, “I don’t want the money for myself, but it’s your right. That’s why I told you to get it.” He adds, “You should match my standard in front of my family.” Jimli shares, “My mother called you to meet my family.” He shakes his head. “I can’t bring my family to Basti. Fight harder for your money. If the money is in the house, take it.” Jimli hesitates. “Why should I steal?” He replies, “It’s your money. Your family doesn’t want your happiness.”
Scene 7: Jhanak and Arshi’s Conversation
Later, Jhanak cleans Arshi’s room. “I’ll bring soup after finishing,” she says. Arshi reflects aloud, “I got pregnant because there’s love between Aniruddh and me. Jhanak is staying here because Aniruddh is here.” Jhanak corrects her. “I don’t need to see the person I love. I don’t want Aniruddh.” She adds, “If you want, I’ll become the nanny to your baby.” Arshi scolds her. “Don’t disrespect my love!” Jhanak pleads, “Please don’t disrespect my love either. I can wait forever for the person I love.”
