Aditya Rushes Jhanak to the Hospital
The episode begins with Aditya rushing Jhanak to the hospital. He shouts for the doctor and asks Jhanak if this pain is new. She tells him it happened before in Kolkata, but she didn’t expect it now. Aditya reassures her, saying everything will be fine. He says he couldn’t leave her alone at the hotel and asks if she would have left him in the same situation. Jhanak, feeling emotional, says Anirudh didn’t support her, and maybe that’s why the baby’s heart is broken, and now he wants to leave her. Aditya says that’s not true, but Jhanak insists, saying she feels it. She recalls how much her mother loved her and even made sacrifices for her.
Aditya Promises to Support Jhanak
Aditya tells her not to worry about the cost of treatment, promising to take the money back when she becomes successful. He says she’s destined for big things. Jhanak, still upset, asks why she always faces difficulties. She feels abandoned by everyone—she doesn’t know who her father is, her mother left her, and now Anirudh refuses to accept the baby. Aditya tries to calm her down, telling her she will find out who her father is one day and that he will apologize to her.
Meanwhile, Lalon reminds everyone it’s time for Appu’s medicine. Kajal brings the medicine, and after taking it, Appu feels sleepy. The women present tell Appu she has to exchange garlands and that Lalon will then feed her sweets. Appu happily says she likes sweets. Lalon notices the women laughing at Appu but ignores them and praises Appu. Kajal suggests they should let Appu rest, but the women insist on continuing the rituals.
Jhanak Fears for Her Future
Jhanak then asks Aditya how he can be so sure about her future. Aditya remembers something Rudra told him but simply says he just knows. Jhanak, unsure, wonders what good an apology will do. Aditya assures her that everything that’s hers will come to her in time. She then tells him she’s unsure about what will happen today and worries about dying. Jhanak asks Aditya to promise that if something happens to her, he will take care of her baby and give the child a good life.
She wants him to tell the baby the truth when it grows up. Aditya agrees, saying he will take care of the baby and even give the child his name. He adds that even though Jhanak doesn’t like him, he loves her and is ready to accept the baby. Jhanak explains that people only fall in love once, and for her, it was with Anirudh.
Kajal’s Concern for Appu at the Wedding
Back at the wedding, Lalon gets into an argument with the women. Kajal reminds Lalon that Appu is his wife and loves him, so he should respect her. Kajal then wets Appu’s hair and instructs her to clean Lalon’s feet with it, which Appu does. Aditya helps Jhanak into the hospital and tells the nurse to hurry. Meanwhile, Lalon offers Kajal sweets, but she’s in a hurry to leave, saying she has school the next day. Lalon asks her to finish the rituals quickly, and she helps Appu and Lalon exchange garlands before leaving in tears.
Doctor’s Suspicion About Jhanak’s Pregnancy
The doctor examines Jhanak and tells her she’s pregnant. When asked how far along she is, Jhanak replies that she’s three months pregnant. The doctor inquires if Jhanak has had any tests done and requests the reports. He explains that more tests will be needed to understand her situation and recommends admitting her. Aditya checks in with the doctor, who expresses doubts about whether the pregnancy is viable, leaving Jhanak and Aditya in shock.
Emotional Moments Continue for Kajal and Lalon
Back at the wedding, Appu and Lalon share sweets. Appu asks Kajal to stay with her for the night, offering to move Lalon aside. Kajal declines but promises to visit the next day. Lalon encourages Kajal to eat before leaving, but she refuses. As she walks away, she overhears Appu telling Lalon that Kajal is upset but loves her a lot.
Lalon agrees, saying everyone loves Kajal because she’s a strong girl. Kajal, emotional, listens to their conversation and cries. Appu promises to scold Kajal the next day, and Lalon sings Appu to sleep, giving her a kiss. Appu wakes up and asks if Lalon kissed her. He teases her, asking if she’s upset, but she tells him it reminded her of her mother’s love and asks him to sing again.

Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Aditya is confused about the doctor’s suspicion. He asks the doctor if Jhanak isn’t really pregnant. Aditya agrees and thanks the doctor, asking the nurse to get the best private ward for Jhanak, but Jhanak seems worried.
Precap: In the preview, Aditya calls Anirudh and informs him that Jhanak’s condition is serious, and she’s been admitted to the hospital. He urges Anirudh to come to Mumbai quickly. Anirudh agrees and begins making arrangements to leave. When Arshi sees him, she asks when he arrived, and Anirudh realizes he’ll have to lie to protect Jhanak.
