Welcome to Jhanak Written Update 15th September 2024. In today’s Jhanak episode, Adrija teases Meghla, and Choton plans to leave for Assam. Jhanak faces a health scare, and Aditya offers his support. Adrija’s Teasing and Family Conflicts Begin
The episode begins with Adrija teasing Meghla and Appu. She gets into an argument with Choton. Appu asks Lalon to sing a song, and Lalon says he will sing with her. Kajal encourages them to sing, but she says Meghla should sing first. Anuradha introduces Bhattacharya to Appu’s family. Anirudh tells Bhattacharya he is happy to meet him and appreciates how he handled everything, even though Anirudh’s father was wrong. Bhattacharya replies that he is determined to reveal the truth soon and adds that Anirudh should be proud of Jhanak, as she has opened his eyes.
Choton’s Plan to Move to Assam
Lalon invites everyone to sit. Choton then shares that he doesn’t have a big job and only sells books. He explains that he has many memories connected to books but now doesn’t want to have any ties to them. She asks him what memories he’s talking about, and he says he will miss her. She replies that she didn’t realize it was so hard to love her and wonders if she’s a bad person. Choton says that books bring back painful memories, but admits that he is not educated enough to understand everything. She reassures him that they didn’t come here to take a test. Choton then mentions that he is planning to go to Assam for work. She agrees and tells him that if he has made up his mind, he should go.
He mentions that Appu is married now, and Anjana and Bablu can take care of their parents. He believes it’s better for him to go and earn money for the family. She gently points out that staying with family is more important than money. He disagrees, saying there’s nothing keeping him here. She says he hasn’t met someone who could stop him yet. Choton replies that he doesn’t take risks, and if someone wants to leave, he lets them go. She tells him not to blame her for his mistakes and leaves.
Meghla’s Performance and Anjana’s Concern
Meghla then starts singing on stage. Mrinalini mentions that Choton wants to move to Assam. Anjana firmly says she will not let him leave. Everyone applauds Meghla’s performance, but Adrija looks annoyed. Appu and Lalon sing next, and Kajal becomes emotional watching them. After their performance, Appu asks Kajal if she liked the song. Kajal says yes, and adds that Appu deserves to be Lalon’s wife. Appu proudly tells Kajal that Lalon will become a famous singer one day and that Kajal will have to keep him in check. Kajal agrees, saying Lalon loves Appu and will always listen to her.
Lalon invites Anirudh to sing, and Jhanak starts thinking about him. Anirudh sings a song that makes Jhanak emotional. The song reminds her of the lies and tricks Anirudh used. As she listens to the song on the radio, she thinks about how Anirudh denied responsibility for their child and instead blamed Aditya. While listening, Jhanak suddenly feels pain in her stomach. The doorbell rings, and she hopes it’s Aditya. She tells herself that she should have rested.
Aditya’s Concern for Jhanak
Aditya arrives, and she tells him that she was trying to rest. He notices that she looks pale and asks her what’s wrong. She says she’s just tired. He then asks if Anirudh has accepted her, but Jhanak insists that it’s her problem and she’ll deal with it. Aditya tells her that she has changed him and confesses that he didn’t attend any social events after she left. He says he wanted to talk to her and spend more time with her. He acknowledges her love for Anirudh and says he doesn’t expect her love in return, but he still cares deeply for her.
Jhanak is shocked. Aditya tells her that he wants to stand by her side and support her. He offers to help her with the upcoming film and says that she needs to prove herself by showing up to the look test in style, not by auto or train. He even adds that if Anirudh doesn’t accept the baby, he’s ready to be a father and give the baby his name. Jhanak thanks him but makes it clear that Anirudh is the father and she can raise the child as a single mother. She tells Aditya that she respects him as a friend but would like their relationship to stay as friends.
Wrap-Up: Jhanak Written Update 15th September 2024
Aditya is heartbroken and says that he won’t offer help again if she refuses. He starts crying, but Jhanak reassures him that he has always helped her. Suddenly, she feels dizzy and falls. Aditya catches her and offers her water, but Jhanak says she’s fine. Aditya insists that she doesn’t look well and suggests they visit the doctor. Jhanak explains that fainting is normal in her condition, but she’s scared because the pain in her stomach has been increasing. Aditya warns her that she might have strained herself by traveling, and insists they go to the hospital for a checkup. Jhanak says she can go by herself, but Aditya urges her to trust him and come along.
Precap: Aditya calls Anirudh and informs him that Jhanak’s condition is serious and that they’ve had to admit her to the hospital. He asks Anirudh to come to Mumbai as soon as possible. When Anirudh arrives, Arshi asks when he came. Anirudh, worried about Jhanak, considers lying for her sake.
