Infinix Note 50s 5G+ with Scent-Tech Feature to Launch in India on April 18

Infinix is set to launch its innovative Note 50s 5G+ smartphone in India next week, introducing a groundbreaking scent-tech feature. The Chinese tech company, a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings, has confirmed the launch date and revealed the device’s design and color options. The Note 50s 5G+ will be available in three distinct colors and promises to deliver a unique sensory experience through its fragrance-releasing rear panel.
Launch Details and Color Options
The Infinix Note 50s 5G+ is scheduled for unveiling on April 18. It will be offered in three vibrant colors: Marine Drift Blue, Ruby Red, and Titanium Grey. The Marine Drift variant will feature a vegan leather finish, while the Ruby Red and Titanium Grey options will sport a sleek metallic finish. Although the exact launch time and pricing details remain undisclosed, the anticipation surrounding this unique smartphone is already building.
Innovative Scent-Tech Feature
One of the standout features of the Infinix Note 50s 5G+ is its scent technology, specifically designed for the Marine Drift Blue variant. Utilizing advanced Microencapsulation Technology, the device’s vegan leather back panel is infused with a multi-layered fragrance. This scent combines marine and lemon notes with hints of lily of the valley, and base notes of amber and vetiver. The intensity and longevity of the fragrance will adapt based on user habits and environmental conditions, offering a personalized experience for each user.
Design Similarities with Note 50X 5G
Images released by Infinix indicate that the Note 50s 5G+ will share a similar design with the recently launched Note 50X 5G. The latter was introduced in late March, priced at Rs. 11,499 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. Both models feature a comparable rear camera island and overall aesthetic. The Note 50X 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset, offering up to 8GB of RAM, a 6.67-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a dual-camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Additionally, it is equipped with an 8-megapixel front camera and a robust 5,500mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.
