Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Sonic Colors: Ultimate, TMNT: The Game – Big Releases to Watch For!

The highly anticipated PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for March has been announced, featuring a mix of new and nostalgic titles. Leading the charge is BioWare’s action-RPG, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, which launched just four months ago. Joining this title are the action platformer Sonic Colors: Ultimate and the retro compilation Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection. All three games will be accessible to PS Plus members starting March 4, 2025. These monthly offerings were revealed on the PlayStation Blog and will remain available until March 31. Subscribers can add these games to their libraries and enjoy them as long as their membership is active. Meanwhile, the February lineup, featuring titles like Payday 3 and High on Life, will be available until March 3.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard
BioWare’s Dragon Age: The Veilguard arrives on PS Plus just months after a disappointing launch that fell short of EA’s sales expectations. Following this setback, BioWare has undergone significant layoffs, reducing its workforce to fewer than 100 employees. The game marks the first entry in the Dragon Age series since 2014’s Dragon Age: Inquisition. In The Veilguard, players are tasked with restoring order to the world of Thedas after the release of two ancient Elven gods. Players can create their characters, make pivotal choices, and engage in romantic relationships with various NPCs. The game promises a rich narrative experience and will be available on PS5, allowing fans to dive into its expansive world and compelling story.
Sonic Colors: Ultimate
Also joining the PS Plus lineup is Sonic Colors: Ultimate, a remastered version of the beloved 2010 title. This game takes players on high-speed adventures through space as Sonic the Hedgehog, who must save an alien race from the clutches of Doctor Ivo Robotnik. The gameplay features a mix of side-scrolling and third-person perspectives, offering a dynamic platforming experience across various planets and levels. Fans of the franchise can look forward to reliving Sonic’s thrilling escapades on the PS4, making it a perfect addition for both new players and long-time fans of the series.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection
Completing the March lineup is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection, which bundles 13 classic TMNT games from Konami into one comprehensive package. Released in 2022, this collection features iconic titles from the NES, Game Boy, and arcade eras, showcasing retro games released between 1989 and 1994. Players can enjoy these nostalgic classics on both PS4 and PS5.
All three titles will be available at no additional cost for PS Plus members across the Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers starting March 4, providing a diverse gaming experience for subscribers.
