Districts with an SRB between 919 and 952 receive Rs. 30 lakh, while those with an SRB above 952 are allocated Rs. 20 lakh. This tiered funding structure incentivizes districts to improve their sex ratios and prioritize the welfare of the girl child.
The operational framework of the scheme involves collaboration between various ministries and local bodies. This multi-sectoral approach ensures that health, education, and community awareness are integrated into the implementation of BBBP.
