Bharat CISO’s Conclave and Cybersecurity Startup Exhibition Launched as Part of Bharat NCX 2025

The Bharat CISO’s Conclave and Bharat Cybersecurity Startup Exhibition were inaugurated today in New Delhi as part of the Bharat National Cybersecurity Exercise (Bharat NCX) 2025. Organized by the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) in partnership with Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), these events aim to bolster India’s cybersecurity resilience, encourage innovation, and enhance collaboration across sectors to secure the nation’s cyberspace.
Strategic Discussions at the CISO’s Conclave
The CISO’s Conclave served as a platform for strategic discussions and knowledge sharing, focusing on strengthening the nation’s cybersecurity framework. Key sessions included panel discussions on “Cybersecurity in the Age of Geopolitical Tensions,” which addressed the emerging challenges posed by evolving global dynamics. Another significant session, titled “From Chaos to Control: Building an Effective Incident Response Framework,” emphasized best practices for incident management and organizational resilience. These discussions provided critical insights for Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and cybersecurity leaders, equipping them to navigate complex threat landscapes and enhance their incident preparedness.
Keynote Address by Dr. Sanjay Bahl
In a keynote address, Dr. Sanjay Bahl, Director General of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), underscored the increasing complexity of cyber threats. He stressed the necessity for proactive, collaborative, and technology-driven strategies to protect India’s digital infrastructure. Dr. Bahl highlighted the importance of integrating advanced technologies and fostering cooperation among multiple stakeholders to establish a robust national cybersecurity posture. His insights aimed to inspire attendees to adopt innovative approaches in addressing the challenges posed by the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.
Showcasing Innovation at the Cybersecurity Startup Exhibition
Simultaneously, the Bharat Cybersecurity Startup Exhibition highlighted innovative solutions emerging from India’s dynamic startup ecosystem. The exhibition featured advancements in various areas, including Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), Security Operations Center (SOC), Resilience Maturity Assessment, and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security. Notably, the integration of Artificial Intelligence in cybersecurity was also showcased.
