Scene 1: Ayush’s Confrontation with Anushka
Ayush speaks firmly to Anushka about their marriage. “We never had a real husband-wife relationship,” he tells her. He reminds her that before their marriage, he was clear about his feelings. “I told you I could never love you as a wife because I love Shalu,” he says. Ayush points out how Anushka hid the truth from him and betrayed him, yet now asks him to fill her hair parting with sindoor. He explains this goes against his beliefs. “When I love someone, I will only fill their parting and no one else’s,” Ayush states, showing his dedication to his principles.
Scene 2: Family Support and Opposition
Rishi steps forward to support Ayush, saying this commitment runs in their family. He tells Ayush directly, “You don’t need to fill anyone’s parting with sindoor except Shalu’s.” When Neelam questions how this could be possible, Rishi pleads with her. “Please allow Ayush to fill Shalu’s parting. He has waited so long for this,” Rishi says. During this tense moment, Aanchal comes down from upstairs, asking Neelam if everything is okay because she heard what sounded like a gunshot.
Scene 3: The Police Intervention

At the same time, a lady constable captures Anushka. As the police try to remove them from the scene, Anushka lashes out at Shalu with harsh words. “You will never get Ayush,” she shouts. “You’ll spend your whole life wanting his love but never getting it!”
Scene 4: Lakshmi’s Defense
Lakshmi stands up against Anushka’s words. “How dare you curse my sister?” she demands. She tells Anushka that people get what they deserve based on their actions, pointing out that Anushka and Neel are going to jail because of their own choices. Lakshmi promises to protect Shalu: “As long as I’m with Shalu, I won’t let anything happen to her.” This makes Anushka angry, and she turns her curses toward Lakshmi, saying she too will never find love. Scene 5: Ayush’s Declaration

Lakshmi steps in again, reminding Anushka of her earlier warning – that she’d have to go through Lakshmi to get to Shalu. The police finally take Anushka and Neel away. The scene ends with the Oberoi family taking Ayush to the hospital. They comfort Karishma, who shows great worry for Ayush.
