Scene 1: Shalu’s Emotional Moment
Shalu stands alone, tears falling down her face as she holds onto a wooden pole. Her mind keeps going back to what happened with Ayush. The sound of temple bells reaches her ears, calling her to prayer. Without hesitation, she heads toward the temple, unaware that Lakshmi is following behind her.
Scene 2: At the Temple
Inside the temple, Shalu kneels before Maata Rani. Her prayers are filled with worry for Ayush. “Please save Ayush,” she begs, her voice trembling. “I never told him how I truly feel. I can’t live without him.” Lakshmi watches from a distance, taking in every word of Shalu’s honest confession. Seeing her chance, Lakshmi steps forward. “If you can’t live without him, why did you say no?” she asks. Shalu stays quiet, avoiding Lakshmi’s questioning gaze.
Scene 3: Anushka in Custody
At the police station, officers escort Anushka to her cell. “Get comfortable,” one of the cops tells her. “You’ll be here for a long time.” Later, Anushka tries to scare the lady constable with threats. “When I get out of here, you’ll be sorry,” she warns. The constable stands her ground. “Be quiet,” she orders Anushka. “If our madam comes, she’ll teach you how to behave.” This warning makes Anushka go quiet.
Scene 4: Lakshmi Confronts Shalu
As Shalu tries to leave the temple, Lakshmi stops her. “Why won’t you accept Ayush?” she asks. “He’s such a good person who loves you deeply. He even asked for my help to convince you.” Lakshmi explains how Ayush told her about his marriage to Anushka and the reasons behind it. “He wants you to forgive him for that,” Lakshmi adds. She continues telling Shalu how Ayush has always loved her, mentioning how quickly he proposed to Shalu after learning about Anushka’s betrayal. “I thought you would say yes,” Lakshmi says. “Instead, you acted like you didn’t care.”
Scene 5: Shalu’s Confession and Concerns
Shalu finally opens up to Lakshmi. “I love Ayush so much that I can’t stand to see him hurt,” she admits. When Lakshmi questions her rejection again, Shalu explains her real worry: Neelam. “She makes all the rules in that house,” Shalu says. “She doesn’t like me at all. If I marry Ayush, he’ll lose everything he has there.” When Lakshmi tries to disagree, Shalu adds, “Maybe Neelam doesn’t hate me, but she hates you. She’ll never allow this marriage.”

In another conversation, Kiran approaches Neelam with concerns. “Shalu is bad luck for Ayush,” Kiran claims. “All these problems started when she entered his life.” Surprisingly, Neelam disagrees. “No,” she states firmly. “I believe Shalu is good luck for Ayush.”
Scene 7: The Final Exchange
Lakshmi tries to convince Shalu she’s thinking too much, but Shalu stands firm. “I know these people well,” she insists. “What I’m saying is true.” Lakshmi points out that Shalu is hurting Ayush by rejecting him. Shalu responds with wisdom from experience: “If I say yes, Ayush’s whole career will be ruined. When a marriage happens against the family’s wishes, they never truly accept it. Look at my own example.”
