Apple Enhances Retail Footprint in Saudi Arabia with New Launch

Apple has made a significant move in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by expanding its retail services. On Monday, the tech giant unveiled the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app, allowing customers to purchase a wide range of Apple devices directly from the company. This new initiative also includes support in Arabic, enabling users to find products that best suit their needs and receive assistance with setup.

Apple’s New Retail Platforms

Apple’s announcement regarding the launch of the Apple Store online and app highlights a commitment to providing a more personalized shopping experience for customers in Saudi Arabia. The Apple Store app features various tabs that facilitate shopping, enhance understanding of Apple’s products and services, and offer easy access to customer support. Users can browse seasonal promotions and receive tailored recommendations based on their existing Apple products.

For those interested in purchasing a Mac, the app allows for customization of orders according to specific preferences, including chip selection, memory, and storage options. Additionally, customers can mix and match Apple Watch cases and bands to create unique combinations that differ from the standard offerings. The Apple Store online and app also provide the option for free engraving in both Arabic and English, allowing users to personalize items such as AirPods, Apple Pencils, and AirTags.

Enhanced Customer Support

With the launch of these new platforms, Apple has also improved its customer support services. The company now offers chat and phone support in Arabic, helping customers find the right products and assisting them with setup after their orders are delivered. This enhancement aims to ensure that users have a seamless experience when engaging with Apple’s products and services.

Moreover, the Apple Store online features a flexible shopping option through Tamara, a shopping and payments platform. This allows customers to utilize a Buy Now Pay Later scheme, enabling them to purchase their favorite products and pay for them in four interest-free installments over four months.

Trade-In and Recycling Programs

Apple’s expansion in Saudi Arabia also includes the introduction of the Apple Trade-in program. This initiative allows customers to trade in their old devices for credit towards new purchases. Even if a device is not eligible for trade-in, Apple offers a recycling service at no additional cost, promoting sustainability and responsible disposal of electronic devices.

Additionally, customers can opt for AppleCare+, which provides extended coverage and support for various Apple products, including the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. This comprehensive support system ensures that users have access to assistance and protection for their devices, enhancing their overall experience with Apple products.
