Scene 1: Mahi’s Choices and Tensions at Home
Aryan approaches Mahi with a casual request. “Can you come over to the Kothari mansion after your work?” he asks. Mahi agrees without hesitation. Nearby, Anupama watches silently, her eyes fixed on Mahi. Mahi notices and tells her firmly, “Stop staring. I didn’t ask Aryan to meet me.” This exchange raises questions in Anupama’s mind about Mahi’s intentions.
