Scene 1: The Shocking Reveal in the Living Room

It all began when Anupama turned to Gautam and asked directly, “What has Kinjal done?” Her voice was firm. Everyone—Paritosh, little Pari, and Leela—turned to Kinjal, confused and anxious. “Kinjal, just say it. What’s going on?” Paritosh demanded. Gautam didn’t waste time. He played a video showing Kinjal stealing from the office. The room went silent. The Shah family stood still, stunned by what they saw. “This is footage from the office,” Gautam said, eyes locked on the screen. “Kinjal didn’t know about the CCTV. She stole from us.” He paused. “We gave her trust, and she broke it.” Pakhi jumped in, “But why, Kinjal? Why would you do something like this? You could’ve asked Rakhi for help. You didn’t need to do this.” Even Paritosh stepped forward. “We could have handled this together. Why didn’t you tell me?”

As they tried to understand, Mahi spoke up. “Pari once told me Kinjal was doing something wrong.” Anupama quickly turned to Mahi. “Mahi, don’t say things like that. This is not your matter.” Hasmuk and Leela both faced Kinjal. “How could you, Kinjal? We never expected this from you,” Hasmuk said. Leela added, “Was money so important that you had to do this?” Kinjal lowered her head and answered softly, “Pari asked for something. She made a demand for the first time. I didn’t know what else to do.” Now even young Pari stepped in. “When did I ask you to do something wrong, Mummy? I only said I wanted to study in Canada. Why did you take this step?” Kinjal tried to explain, “I just wanted the best for you.” But the kids—Ansh, Ishani, and Pari—stood together and pointed fingers. “You did wrong, Kinjal,” they said. Kinjal stood speechless.

Scene 2: A Plea for Mercy and a Bold Refusal

Gautam turned to the police. “Arrest her,” he said. “No, wait!” Paritosh ran to Gautam. “Please don’t do this. Don’t call the police. She’s not a criminal. She’s my wife. She did it for our child.” Gautam turned to Anupama. “You can stop this. Just talk to Raghav. Ask him to take the case back.” Paritosh repeated, “Yes! Anupama can fix this. She always does.” Even Hasmuk and Leela nodded, silently hoping Anupama would intervene. But Anupama stayed quiet for a moment before saying, “I won’t talk to Raghav. I have no right to stop him. He’s the one who was wronged.” Paritosh couldn’t believe what he was hearing. “You can’t mean that!” Anupama looked at everyone. “If I start supporting crime, then where do we draw the line? Kinjal did something wrong. Raghav didn’t. I won’t interfere.” She then looked at Vasundhara and Parag. “If you haven’t done anything wrong, why are you scared?” Again, she said clearly, “I won’t influence Raghav.” Gautam gave the final instruction. “Go ahead. Arrest Kinjal.”

Kinjal turned to Anupama. “Please… I only did this for Pari.” Anupama asked, “If every mother with less money started stealing, what kind of world would that be?” Kinjal said, “I just wanted Pari to have a good life.” Anupama asked one last thing, “Why didn’t you come to me? I would have helped.” Paritosh begged, “Please, just give us some time. Try to understand.” But Anupama stood firm. “Raghav is not a criminal. Kinjal is. And she must face the consequences.” Gautam, frustrated, said, “You will never understand,” and gestured for the police to take Kinjal away.

Scene 3: Blame, Backlash, and Broken Trust

As the police took Kinjal, people in the society started whispering and pointing fingers at the Shah family. “Shameful,” one of them said. “They couldn’t even raise their daughter-in-law right.” Paritosh snapped. “This is all your fault, Anupama!” Pakhi jumped in, “You only think about yourself. You didn’t even think about Pari!” Leela added, “You’ve taken a stand against your own family.” Anupama stood there, stunned, while the people she had once stood by now turned their backs on her. Back at another place, Aryan was thinking about Mahi. In his daydream, Mahi asked, “Does this jacket look nice on me?” Khyati, seeing Aryan lost in thought, teased him, “If you like her, just tell her. Don’t hide it.” Meanwhile, Hasmuk looked at Anupama. “It’s time to prepare for the challenge ahead.”

At the Kothari house, the topic was the same—Kinjal’s mistake. Prem said calmly, “Anupama did what was right.” Rahi, feeling bad, apologized to the Kotharis for what happened. Then Gautam told Vasundhara, Parag, and Anil, “Anupama refused to convince Raghav. She had the chance but didn’t take it.” Anil was shocked. “She said no even when it could have saved Kinjal?” Gautam nodded. “Yes.”

Scene 4: Guilt, Grace, and the Road Ahead

At home, little Pari couldn’t stop crying. “It’s my fault,” she said again and again. “I asked for the course. I didn’t know it would lead to this.” Paritosh tried to comfort her. “It’s not your fault. Don’t blame yourself.” Anupama came over gently. “Pari, calm down. You didn’t do anything wrong. Wanting to study is not a crime.” Pari still felt guilty. “But if I hadn’t said anything…” Anupama softly said, “It’s okay. You’re a child. It’s the adults who made the wrong choice.”
