Scene 1: A Surprise Celebration Unfolds
Anupama walks into the Shah living room, where Ishani and Ansh wait with folded hands. “Please sit, Didi,” Ishani says, motioning to a cushioned chair. Anupama raises an eyebrow. “Why the serious faces?” Ansh grins. “It’s not serious! Look around.” She glances at balloons tied to the ceiling fan and a “Happy Mother’s Day” banner taped to the TV. “Is this… for me?” she asks, eyes wide. Before they answer, Raghav strides in, his footsteps echoing. Paritosh claps. “Raghav’s here! Time for games!” Leela scowls, folding her arms. “Games? We’re adults, not kids.” Paritosh ignores her, holding up a blindfold. “First game: Who can pin the bindi on Anupama fastest?” Anupama laughs. “You’re all mad!” Raghav steps forward. “I’ll go first.” As Raghav blindly adjusts the bindi on Anupama’s forehead, Leela mutters to herself. “Next, he’ll be applying vermillion. Typical.” When Raghav’s hand lands perfectly, the room erupts in cheers. Anupama claps. “Raghav, you’ve got skills!” Raghav smiles, then turns to Leela. “Happy Mother’s Day… from my mother’s soul.” Leela’s face softens. Meanwhile, Mahi sits alone in her room, scrolling through photos of Anupama. She pauses on a picture of them laughing. “She’s faking it,” Mahi whispers. Downstairs, Pari approaches Anupama. “Mahi won’t join us. She’s… upset.”
Scene 2: Business Plans and Family Tensions
At the Kothari mansion, Parag slams his hand on the dining table. “Gautam, Prarthana’s flying to London in 25 days. Pack your bags.” Prarthana stands abruptly. “I’m not going. End of story.” Gautam’s jaw tightens. “You’re scared, aren’t you? Always hiding behind Anupama.” Parag glares. “Don’t blame Anupama! Fix your marriage!” Vasundhara steps in, her voice calm. “Prarthana, give Gautam one more chance.” Prarthana shakes her head. “He’ll never change.” As she exits, Gautam leans toward Parag. “I’ll handle her. Trust me.” Later, in his office, Gautam smirks at his phone screen. A text reads: “Break her mentally. Then the business is ours.” Back at the Shah house, Anupama excuses herself. Rahi follows. “Where are you off to?” Anupama hesitates. “Meeting someone.” Rahi narrows her eyes. “Is it about Mahi?” Anupama lies smoothly. “No, work stuff.”
Scene 3: Secrets and Conflicts Collide
Khyati paces her kitchen, clutching her phone. Aryan hasn’t replied to her calls. “What if he left?” she murmurs. In another room, Aryan tells Khyati’s voicemail, “I’m sorry I never said thanks… for being my mother.” Anupama rushes to a park, where Mahi waits under a banyan tree. “Why’d you call me here?” Anupama asks. Mahi’s voice cracks. “I needed to tell you myself. Aryan and I… we’re getting married. Without their blessings.” Anupama gasps. “You’re eloping?” Mahi nods. “We’re adults. We don’t need permission.” Suddenly, Anupama’s phone buzzes. Khyati’s text flashes: “Aryan’s missing. Please help.” Anupama pockets the phone, hiding her panic. “Mahi, come home,” she pleads. Mahi crosses her arms. “Not until you bless us.”
Scene 4: A Desperate Decision
Leela storms into Pakhi’s room, waving her phone. “Raja’s alive! He sent a voice note!” Pakhi pales. “He’s still chasing Ishani?” Ishani overhears, slamming a cupboard shut. “I’ll never marry him. Never!” Back at the park, Mahi’s tone hardens. “If you stop me, I’ll…” Her voice breaks. “I’ll end everything.” Anupama’s heart races. “Don’t say that!” Mahi backs away. “Promise me!” Before Anupama can answer, Mahi vanishes into the shadows. As the camera pans to the moonlit sky, Anupama stares at her silent phone. Somewhere else, Aryan texts Mahi: “Meet me at the temple. Midnight.”
