The episode opens with Aman telling Anjali that Gini’s marriage to Abhay was based on a lie. “A relationship built on lies can never last,” he states. He adds that Gini stayed at his house only because of his Dadi, and that she too has done wrong. Anjali doesn’t hold back. She challenges his thinking, saying, “Throwing Gini out of the house at night and taking her mangalsutra is illegal.” Aman quickly counters, “And what Gini did to get inside the house wasn’t legal either.” The argument heats up. Bhajan vents his frustration, saying he always thought he’d be Raghav’s heir, not Aman. “I’m the one who deserves that seat,” he mutters. Chandrabhan speaks softly but sharply, “You were always treated like an employee. You need to play smart now.” He then points out that Aman and Anjali are not on the same page anymore—and this, he says, is the perfect time to strike. He won’t hurt me.” But Chandrabhan insists, “He’s already sent Bhajan to deal with you another way.” He urges her not to ignore his warning. “Show the world you’re the best,” he says before hanging up. Once the call ends, Chandrabhan smirks and mutters, “Now, all of Delhi will watch Aman and Anjali turn against each other.”
Scene 4: Lies in the Limelight
Bhajan, now in action, asks his man if everything is ready. “The press is here,” the man confirms. Bhajan tells him to go ahead with the plan that will ruin Aman’s career. The media surrounds Aman and starts asking tough questions. “Did you mistreat Gini?” “Is it true that your family threatened to kill Anjali and Gini?” one reporter asks. Aman is shocked and angry. “Who spread these lies?” he demands. The reporter calmly replies, “Anjali did. She’s also planning to file for divorce.”
Aman refuses to believe it. “That’s a lie!” he says loudly. “Don’t spread false things.” But another reporter questions him further, “If it’s all false, then why are you fighting a case against your wife?” Raghav urges Aman to speak up. “Tell them the truth—Gini trapped us all,” he says. Abhay jumps in, “I never married Gini!” But the media doesn’t buy it. “That’s another lie,” a reporter responds. Feeling cornered, Aman steps away from the crowd and calls Anjali. “Why did you tell everyone our private matters? Why did you make the world think we’re enemies? And why are you telling people you want a divorce?” he asks.
