Scene 1: Kul Bhushan Enters the Courtroom
The courtroom door opens, and Kul Bhushan walks in confidently. Everyone in the room turns to look at him. Kavita, sitting at the witness stand, sees Kul Bhushan and immediately speaks up. “He is my husband,” she says firmly. The room goes quiet as everyone listens. Shubhankar, sitting beside Kavita, quickly corrects her. “No, Kavita. That’s Kul Bhushan, not Brij Bhushan. Look at their hairstyles. They are different.” He points to their hair, showing how Kul Bhushan’s hair is longer and styled differently from Brij Bhushan’s.
The judge looks at Kavita with curiosity. “Kavita, do you know about Brij Bhushan’s twin brother, Kul Bhushan?” the judge asks. Kavita shakes her head and responds, “Brij Bhushan never told me anything about his family.” Kavita’s silence makes Mr. Roy, Jhanak’s lawyer, suspicious. He leans forward and asks, “What did you tell the shelter home to come to court today?” Kavita answers, “I told them I am going out for personal reasons.” Her voice is steady, but Mr. Roy is not convinced.
Scene 2: Mr. Roy Questions Kavita
Mr. Roy stands up and addresses the judge. “Your Honor, I believe Kavita is lying about her reasons for coming to court today.” He looks directly at Kavita, challenging her statement. Kavita looks at Mr. Roy calmly and says, “I am not lying. I really had personal reasons to come here.” Her honesty seems clear, but Mr. Roy is determined to prove otherwise. Mr. Roy presses further, “Why didn’t you seek help for Brij Bhushan’s friends when Urvashi took your daughter?” His voice is sharp, trying to catch Kavita off guard. Kavita sighs and replies, “I was tired of everything, so I did not fight.” She lowers her head, showing her exhaustion from the ongoing struggles. The judge listens carefully and then asks both sides to call the next witness. The tension in the courtroom rises as everyone awaits the next piece of information.
Scene 3: Shubhankar and Jhanak’s Refusal
After a short break, Shubhankar approaches Kavita with a gentle suggestion. “Kavita, if you want, you can sit with Jhanak during the proceedings.” He offers a supportive gesture. Kavita looks thoughtful but then decides against it. “No, I prefer to sit alone,” she replies quietly. Jhanak, who has been watching the exchange, speaks up. “I won’t sit with any random woman.” Her voice is firm. “It’s my life, and I will make my own decisions.” Shubhankar nods understandingly, respecting Jhanak’s choice. The judge acknowledges their conversation and prepares to move forward with the next witness.
Scene 4: Arshi and Aniruddh’s Conversation
Tanuja approaches Arshi with reassurance. “Don’t worry, Arshi. Srishti will win this case.” She tries to comfort her friend amidst the courtroom drama. Arshi, however, seems troubled. She heads to find Aniruddh and shares her concerns. “Aniruddh, I don’t know the truth about Jhanak. Srishti is innocent, and Jhanak doesn’t even know who her mother is.” She warns him, “Please, don’t get involved in this matter. Don’t hurt her unnecessarily.” Her voice trembles with worry. Aniruddh listens patiently. “Is that all, Arshi?” he asks. “Something seems wrong with Jhanak.” He asks her to wait and not speak against Jhanak. Arshi responds, “Jhanak will take your property from you. You will regret it if I leave you.” She fears what Jhanak might do. Aniruddh remains calm. “I will handle this,” he assures her, trying to ease her fears.
Scene 5: Brij Bhushan’s Unexpected Appearance
Mr. Roy calls Brij Bhushan to the witness box. Shubhankar steps forward and says, “Brij Bhushan is not here in the courtroom.” Everyone looks around, confused. Kul Bhushan suddenly steps forward and claims, “I am Brij Bhushan.” He stands confidently, facing the lawyer. Mr. Roy responds, “Brij Bhushan came with Kul Bhushan’s hairstyle. Kul Bhushan has not arrived yet.” He points out the difference in their appearances. Srishti, sitting nearby, is shocked by this revelation. Vinayak turns to Srishti and says, “It’s surprising that you did not recognize Brij Bhushan.” He adds, “Let’s see what Brij Bhushan says about Kavita.” Srishti responds quickly, “It has been proven that she is innocent.”
Scene 6: The Recording is Revealed
Mr. Roy turns his attention back to Brij Bhushan. “Brij Bhushan, can you tell us about Kavita?” he asks. Brij Bhushan replies, “Kavita’s face seems familiar, but I don’t know her.” Shubhankar interrupts, “Brij Bhushan is lying.” Mr. Roy sternly tells Shubhankar, “Do not interfere in this matter.” Just then, Kul Bhushan arrives at the witness box. Mr. Roy questions Brij Bhushan again, “Why did you change your hairstyle?” Brij Bhushan explains, “I changed my hairstyle to gather evidence to prove my claims.” He then hands a recording to Mr. Roy. Srishti looks scared as Mr. Roy plays the recording. It is a conversation between Srishti and Brij Bhushan. “This is not my voice,” Srishti protests. Mr. Roy replies, “The court will verify the authenticity of this recording.” The recording ends, leaving everyone in suspense.
Scene 7: Srishti and Vinayak Confrontation
As the courtroom empties, Arshi approaches Srishti. “What is all this about?” she asks worriedly. Srishti responds, “The recording is fake. I did not betray Vinayak.” She turns to Vinayak and says, “Jhanak and Brij Bhushan are manipulating you.” Vinayak looks at Srishti angrily. “They showed me the truth. You did not love me. You used me. You love yourself only,” he says harshly. Srishti tries to explain, “Vinayak, I did not betray you. I was trying to help.” But Vinayak interrupts, “You confessed your crimes in that recording.” Srishti suddenly realizes something. “Vinayak, you stopped Kul Bhushan and sent Brij Bhushan to record me. I see what you mean now,” she admits. Vinayak remains firm, “I know that recording is real.” The tension between them grows as they face each other with hurt feelings.
Scene 8: Kul Bhushan Confronts Brij and Jhanak
Kul Bhushan turns to Brij Bhushan and asks, “How can you prove that someone tried to kill me?” Brij Bhushan replies, “Our lawyer will prove that.” Kul Bhushan shifts the focus, saying, “You should focus on Jhanak’s marriage.” He declares his intention to leave the city and wants to go to Mumbai immediately. Jhanak steps forward and tells Kul Bhushan, “Do not talk about my marriage.” Kul Bhushan reveals, “I am your uncle. You need to leave Aniruddh and find someone else.” Jhanak responds firmly, “You have no right to talk to me like this.” Aniruddh steps in and tells Kul Bhushan, “Do not cause drama outside the court.” Brij Bhushan adds, “Time will decide if Kul Bhushan will end up in jail or not.” With that, Kul Bhushan leaves the courtroom. Aniruddh says, “It is my responsibility to drop Jhanak and Brij Bhushan home.” The courtroom settles down as the episode comes to an end.
