In Jhajjar, voter participation stood at 60.52%, and Jind had a robust turnout of 66.02%. Kaithal saw 62.53% of its voters turning up, and Karnal recorded 60.42% voter participation.
In Kurukshetra, the voter turnout was 65.55%, while Mahendragarh registered 65.76%. Mewat had one of the highest voter turnouts at 68.28%, followed closely by Palwal at 67.69%.
Panchkula recorded a turnout of 54.71%, while Panipat and Rewari both stood at around 60.52% and 60.91% respectively. Rohtak saw 61.59% voter participation.
In Sirsa, the turnout was 65.37%, while Sonipat registered a lower voter turnout of 56.69%. Yamunanagar had an impressive turnout at 67.93%, making it one of the highest in the state.
Peaceful Polling with Minor Incidents
Overall, the elections were conducted peacefully with only a few reports of minor scuffles. Election officials worked hard to ensure the polling process was smooth and orderly, and security measures were in place to handle any disruptions.
