The episode begins with Ajanta feeling very confused about the situation. The police have arrested Lalan on his wedding day, leaving Ajanta and Bablu heartbroken as their daughter’s wedding has been canceled. Tanuja and Shubha criticize Lalan, saying he is involved in criminal activities. But Appu’s parents don’t believe Lalan could do such things, so they decide to go to the police station to support him. At the same time, Jhanak speaks up and promises to prove Lalan’s innocence in a few hours. She even challenges Tanuja, saying that Lalan’s character is not bad at all. Appu is heartbroken, crying over losing her love on her wedding day. She is advised to stay strong until she can prove that Lalan is innocent. People from Lalan’s neighborhood also gather at the police station to protest.
