The recent acquisition by Rakesh Roshan includes five commercial properties, all registered with the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) and reviewed by real estate marketplace Square Yards. The first unit, valued at ₹3.27 crore, boasts a RERA carpet area of 116.96 square meters (approximately 1,259 square feet) and comes with two designated car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹19.64 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
The second property, purchased for ₹2.83 crore, features a RERA carpet area of 101.17 square meters (about 1,089 square feet) and also includes two car parking spaces. This transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹16.98 lakh and the same registration fee of ₹30,000. The third unit, valued at ₹4.85 crore, offers a larger carpet area of 173.63 square meters (approximately 1,869 square feet) and includes two parking spaces, with a stamp duty of ₹29.15 lakh.
The fourth property, purchased for ₹5.28 crore, has a carpet area of 188.87 square meters (around 2,033 square feet) and similarly includes two car parking spaces, incurring a stamp duty of ₹31.71 lakh. Lastly, the fifth unit, valued at ₹3.43 crore, features a carpet area of 122.82 square meters (approximately 1,322 square feet) and comes with two parking spaces, with a stamp duty of ₹20.62 lakh.
