Scene 1: Stubborn Stands and Family Division

Kaveri made a firm declaration about the ongoing family conflict regarding Vidya’s actions. “Vidya will absolutely not apologize to Kajal for what happened,” she announced to everyone present. “I have made this decision, and it will not be changed.” Arman looked at his grandmother with disappointment and questioned her unfair treatment of family members. “How can you be so biased in your judgment, Kaveri?” he asked her directly. “You’re clearly taking sides instead of looking at what’s right and wrong.” Kaveri defended her position by bringing up past grievances against Kajal and Tanya. “Both Kajal and Tanya have caused serious trouble for Abhira and Arman in the past,” she reminded everyone. “They have created problems for this family before, so they deserve whatever consequences come their way.”

Arman pointed out the inconsistency in her reasoning. “Even with that history, you still aren’t supporting Vidya’s actions today,” he said. “You know what she did was wrong, but you won’t admit it because of your personal feelings.” Madhav stepped forward to support Kajal’s position in this difficult situation. “Kajal deserves fair treatment and respect in this house,” he said firmly. “What happened to her was not acceptable, regardless of any past issues.” Kaveri continued to justify her stance against Kajal. “Kajal was wrong to support Tanya’s business dealings when she knew they could cause problems,” she argued. “Her poor judgment contributed to the mess we’re dealing with now.” Arman tried to defend Vidya’s character while acknowledging her mistake. “Vidya is generally a good person, but her action today was completely wrong,” he said. However, Abhira interrupted the conversation with her own strong opinion about the situation. “Vidya is definitely wrong in this case, and we cannot defend her behavior,” she stated clearly.

“What’s interesting is that Kaveri has never supported Kajal before, yet today she seems to be taking her side for some reason.” Abhira then made a direct appeal to Vidya to do the right thing. “You need to apologize to Kajal for slapping her,” she told Vidya. “It’s the only way to start healing this family conflict.” Arman supported his wife’s position with his own ultimatum. “I will not speak to Vidya until she apologizes properly to Kajal,” he declared. “This is not negotiable for me.” However, Vidya remained stubborn and refused to admit any wrongdoing. “I will not apologize because both Kajal and Tanya are responsible for the suffering that Arman, Abhira, and Myra have experienced,” she insisted. “My actions were justified given what they put our family through.”

Scene 2: Police Arrival and Shocking Revelations

The family’s private conflict suddenly became a legal matter when police officers arrived at the Poddar house. Myra noticed their presence and asked Kiara and Abhir about what was happening. “Have the police come to our house?” she asked with concern. “What could they possibly want with our family?” Abhir and Kiara quickly decided to protect Myra from the stressful situation by distracting her from what was happening. “Come inside with me, Myra,” Abhir said gently, leading her away from the commotion. “Let’s go play a game while the adults handle whatever this is about.” Kiara remained behind and was shocked to see the serious nature of the police visit. Madhav approached the officers to understand why they had come to their home.

“What brings you to the Poddar house today?” he asked the police respectfully. “Is there some kind of problem we can help you with?” The lead officer explained the reason for their visit in official terms. “We have received a complaint about physical abuse happening in this house,” the officer informed him. “Someone has reported domestic violence, and we need to investigate the claims.” Madhav immediately denied these accusations and tried to redirect their attention. “There is no abuse happening in our house,” he insisted. “You should check with other Poddar family members if you’re looking for trouble, but you won’t find any here.” However, Tanya and Krish interrupted his denials with the truth about the situation.

“The address you have is correct, and you are in the right place,” they told the officers. “The incident did happen here in this house.” The lady inspector looked at them directly and asked for clarification. “Are you the ones who made the complaint call to the police?” she questioned them. Tanya and Krish confirmed their involvement and revealed the details of what had occurred. “Vidya slapped Kajal during a family argument,” they explained to the officers. “That’s the physical abuse we reported.” At that moment, Sanjay arrived home with Kajal and immediately added his own accusations against Vidya. “Vidya is guilty of exactly what they’re saying,” he declared angrily. He then began listing all of Vidya’s past wrongdoings and mistakes, building a case against her character and behavior.

Scene 3: Debates About Domestic Violence and Justice

Abhira and Arman tried to calm the situation and prevent it from escalating further with legal consequences. “This matter can be solved calmly within our family without involving the police,” they assured the officers. “We don’t need legal intervention to resolve a family disagreement.” They then turned to Krish and Tanya with questions about their decision to involve law enforcement. “Why did you feel it was necessary to call the police for this incident?” they asked. “Couldn’t we have handled this privately as a family?” Krish defended their actions by explaining the seriousness of what had occurred. “Vidya’s slap constitutes domestic violence according to the law,” he stated firmly. “Physical abuse should be reported regardless of who commits it or what the circumstances are.”

Manoj challenged Krish’s sudden concern about domestic violence with a pointed question. “Why didn’t you ever call the police when Sanjay repeatedly disrespected and mistreated Kajal over the years?” he asked. “You witnessed his bad behavior many times but never took legal action then.” Krish responded to this challenge by defending his past actions and consistency. “Everyone in this family knows that I always stood up against Sanjay’s wrongdoing,” he replied. “I often clashed with him and argued with him about his treatment of Kajal, so don’t question my commitment to protecting her.” Manoj then showed his support for Vidya in this difficult situation. “Vidya is a good person who made one mistake in anger,” he argued. “She doesn’t deserve to be treated like a criminal for one moment of poor judgment.”

However, Manisha disagreed with Manoj’s defense of Vidya’s actions. “You are wrong to minimize what happened,” she told him seriously. “Even one slap counts as violence and abuse, and we cannot ignore that fact.” She explained the principles they taught their children about violence. “We always teach our children not to support any form of physical abuse or violence,” she continued. “If we make an exception for this case, we’re being hypocritical and sending the wrong message about what’s acceptable behavior.”

Manisha made her position very clear regarding Vidya’s actions. “Vidya was completely wrong to slap Kajal, and there’s no excuse for what she did,” she stated firmly. This declaration made Kajal feel angry about the ongoing debate over something that had hurt her physically and emotionally. Tanya tried to provide evidence to support their complaint by pointing to visible proof. “The inspector can see the mark from the slap on Kajal’s face,” she claimed. “The evidence of abuse is right there for everyone to witness.” Kaveri responded to Tanya’s statement with accusations of manipulation. “Tanya is being very clever by twisting this situation to her advantage,” she said. “She’s trying to distract from the fact that her own truth about the business dealings was recently exposed to everyone.” This unexpected attack from Kaveri shocked Kajal, Krish, and Tanya, who hadn’t expected her to turn the situation back to the investment scandal.

Scene 4: Forced Apologies and Unresolved Issues

Abhira and Arman made a direct appeal to the police inspector to give them more time to resolve the family conflict internally. “Please allow us to handle this matter within our family,” they requested. “We are actively trying to resolve the issue and don’t want this to become a legal case.” The inspector explained the legal requirements and options available to them. “Kajal must withdraw her complaint immediately, or I will have to begin the formal legal process against Vidya,” she informed them. “The law requires action when domestic violence is reported, and we can’t ignore official complaints.” Abhira and Arman then turned to Kajal with urgent pleas to reconsider her position. “Please take back the complaint so we can work this out as a family,” they begged her.

“Legal action will only make everything worse for everyone involved in this conflict.” Sanjay set conditions for Kajal’s cooperation with their request. “Kajal will not withdraw the complaint unless Vidya apologizes sincerely for her actions,” he declared. “She deserves an apology before she considers dropping the charges.” Faced with the possibility of legal consequences and family pressure, Vidya finally decided to give in to their demands. “I will apologize to Kajal,” she announced reluctantly. “If that’s what it takes to end this situation, then I’ll do it.” Kaveri tried one last time to manipulate the situation by putting pressure on Kajal to make a decision. “Kajal needs to withdraw the complaint now, or she needs to clarify whether she wants apologies from everyone in this family,” she said. “She can’t keep making demands without being clear about what she actually wants.”

During all this drama, Kiara had a separate conversation with Abhir about their relationship and the stress it was causing her. “You need to stay away from me if you want to live a life without stress and complications,” she told him. “Our connection is causing problems, and it’s better if we keep our distance from each other.” Later, when the police were preparing to leave, Arman and Abhira informed them that Vidya had apologized as requested. “Vidya has apologized to Kajal for slapping her,” they told the officers. “The issue should be resolved now, and the complaint can be withdrawn.” However, Tanya pointed out that the process was still incomplete despite the apology. “Just because Vidya apologized doesn’t mean the matter is finished,” she said. “Kajal hasn’t actually forgiven her yet, so the complaint process isn’t properly concluded.” This observation left the family in continued uncertainty about whether the legal matter would be dropped or if further action would be required to fully resolve the domestic violence complaint.

The Episode Ends Here

Precap: Kajal will demand that the family properties be separated and divided among the family members. Abhira will warn Kajal that her decision to split the family assets will break apart the entire family unit. She will try to convince Kajal by explaining that she won’t be able to live happily without her family members around her. However, Kajal will respond firmly that she can still live a life with dignity and self-respect even if she has to live separately from the family.
