Scene 1: A Precious Heirloom and a Bold Decision
Gaurav opened a small box and carefully took out an old necklace. Mehek entered the room and asked, “What is that necklace for?” Gaurav explained in a calm voice, “This is part of our family’s legacy. Dadi passed it down to my mother, and she asked me to give it to the true daughter-in-law of this house.” He paused, then added, “I believe Anjali is the one who deserves it.” Mehek felt happy hearing these words. She said, “I used to think of my father as my hero. But now, you are my hero for always standing on the side of what is right.” They talked about how Anjali had been through tough times. Back at the Rajput house, Gini opened an empty jewelry box and gasped when she noticed the ancestral necklace was missing. She quickly dialed Gaurav’s number. As soon as he picked up, she demanded, “Where are you, and what did you do with our family necklace?” Gaurav calmly answered, “I am with Mehek. We came to bless Anjali. I gave her the necklace.” Gini’s voice shot up, “That belongs to me! How can you just give it away?” Gaurav recalled his mother’s words and firmly responded, “She told me to pass it to the rightful person, and you do not deserve it because you only think of yourself.” Enraged, Gini hung up and immediately phoned Anjali. Without letting Anjali speak, Gini shouted, “You snatched my husband first, and now you took my necklace!” Sapna, who was standing nearby, grabbed the phone from Anjali. She said, “Gini, talk politely. We have not done anything wrong.”
Gini refused to listen. She insisted, “I cannot live like all of you, without money or comfort. I have two wishes: to win back Abhay’s love and to take that necklace from Anjali.” Her tone grew colder. “Tell Anjali to watch out,” she warned. “I will get it back, no matter what.” Then she ended the call. Nearby, Gaurav placed a hand on Anjali’s shoulder. He blessed her again and wished her all the happiness she deserved. After one final goodbye, Gaurav and Mehek stepped out, leaving the house in deep silence.
Scene 4: Threats, Tears, and a New Deal
Soon after, Naveen called Anjali, and his voice shook with anger. “Do not try to find me,” he warned. “If you do, you will regret it.” Then he abruptly hung up, leaving Anjali feeling uneasy. But before she could think about it further, news arrived from the Rajput house. Raghav had confronted Gini in front of everyone. At the Rajput home, Raghav glared at Gini. He said, “I cannot let you and your sister ruin our family’s name. Leave this house and never show your face to me again.” Gini stood frozen. Tears rolled down her cheeks, but she remained silent. She realized that Raghav, once calm, was now furious because of her actions.
Meanwhile, Anjali tried to gather herself. She wondered how the family drama would end. Then came a message that Raghav wanted to speak with her directly. He sent word through a servant, saying, “Ask Anjali to come see me, or I will find a way to meet her myself.” Anjali told Aman, “I have a bad feeling about this, but I must face him.” At last, Raghav reached out to Anjali. He said he wanted her to stay out of Gini’s court case and offered to pay any sum of money. “I do not want Gini in my home as my daughter-in-law,” he stated. In a firm voice, Anjali replied, “Come to my house if you want to talk about any deal.” Though nervous, she stood her ground, ready to meet Raghav and settle the matter once and for all.
