In Today’s Episode, The family drama intensifies as Vidya faces harsh accusations from Kaveri. Kaveri accuses Vidya of treating Arman unfairly, leading to a heart-wrenching confrontation. Meanwhile, Abhira reassures Arman that Vidya will forgive him, while Vidya places the family legacy on Rohit and Ruhi’s shoulders….. Scene 1: A Bitter Departure
The episode opens with Vidya tenderly offering curd to Arman, a gesture of tradition and care, as he prepares to leave the house. Arman, carrying a heavy heart, respectfully takes Vidya’s blessings, bowing down in front of her. Abhira, standing by his side, tries to maintain positivity despite the tense atmosphere. She reassures Arman, “Don’t worry, soon Vidya will realize her mistake and call you back. You’ve done nothing wrong.” Vidya remains silent, conflicted between her emotions and her decision.
The tension is palpable, but before any further conversation can happen, Panditji arrives. His sudden presence piques everyone’s curiosity. Manisha, noticing him, walks over and asks, “Panditji, have you come to perform a veneration?” However, Panditji’s response shocks everyone. “No,” he replies solemnly, “I have been called to perform the last rites.” Arman’s face turns pale with worry, immediately assuming something tragic has happened to Kaveri. With urgency, he runs to stop Panditji, blocking his path, demanding, “What do you mean? Who asked for this?” The situation grows tense as everyone awaits an explanation.
Scene 2: Kaveri’s Shocking Revelation
Kaveri steps forward, her face stern and determined, and she calmly asks Panditji to continue with the rites. Arman, confused, turns to Kaveri, hoping for an explanation. With a voice filled with pain, Kaveri clarifies, “These last rites aren’t for a person, Arman. They’re for this family. A family that’s breaking apart.” Her words strike like a blow, leaving Vidya and Arman in disbelief. Vidya, unable to process the gravity of the situation, questions Kaveri’s decision, “Why are you doing this? What does this mean?”
But Kaveri, her patience thin, snaps, “Don’t interrupt, Vidya. I’m tired of you making decisions without thinking about anyone else.” Arman, trying to calm the situation, steps in to take responsibility, “Kaveri, please, don’t blame Vidya. It’s my fault.” But Kaveri is unrelenting. “No, Arman,” she says firmly, “This isn’t just about you. It’s about Vidya pushing you away. It’s about her not valuing this family anymore.” Arman looks at Vidya, who stands silent, her eyes filled with unshed tears. Kaveri’s accusations cut deep, and the atmosphere becomes increasingly somber.
Scene 3: Abhira’s Defense
Abhira, sensing the situation spiraling out of control, steps forward in defense of Arman. “Kaveri, you’re misunderstanding everything,” Abhira pleads. “Arman cares deeply for you and this family.” But Kaveri, in her grief, admits that she has been wrong about Abhira all along. “I thought you wanted to be part of this family. I thought you would fight to stay with us.
But I was wrong.” Abhira is taken aback by Kaveri’s words. Kaveri continues, “You are ready to leave this house without hesitation. How can I ever believe that you truly cared?” The realization that Abhira, too, is willing to walk away from the family hits Kaveri hard. She accuses them both, “Neither of you care about this family. You’re both abandoning us when we need you the most.” Abhira tries to explain, but Kaveri refuses to listen. Her heartache is evident, and the words she speaks reflect the deep sense of betrayal she feels.
Scene 4: Vidya’s Decision
Vidya, overwhelmed by Kaveri’s accusations, finally speaks up. “You think I’m happy with these decisions?” she says, her voice trembling with emotion. “All I’ve ever gotten from this family is tears. You blame me, but I did what I thought was right.” Kaveri, however, is not moved by Vidya’s defense. She coldly responds, “You’ve been selfish, Vidya. You think this family revolves around you, but it doesn’t.” Kaveri then gives Vidya a shocking ultimatum. “You have one chance, Vidya. Either you make this family whole again, or you walk away for good.” Vidya is left stunned, unable to comprehend the weight of Kaveri’s words.
After a long moment of silence, Vidya makes her decision. “I will stop Arman and Abhira from leaving,” she says quietly, “but I will never accept Arman as my son again.” The room falls into a deep silence, as Kaveri shakes her head, disappointed. “Even in my anger, I would never throw Arman out of this house,” she says softly. “But you… your love for Arman was never real. If it had been Rohit instead of Arman, you would have never taken this decision.” Vidya stands frozen, utterly speechless at Kaveri’s revelation. Her world begins to crumble.
Scene 5: Vidya’s Heartbreak
Vidya, left shattered by Kaveri’s harsh words, is overwhelmed with emotions. She feels like her entire world is collapsing. “Nobody values me in this family,” she whispers to herself, tears streaming down her face. She feels abandoned and unappreciated. At that moment, Rohit and Ruhi come to her side. Rohit, trying to comfort her, says, “Mom, please, you know that’s not true. We all love you. You’re important to us.” But Vidya refuses to be consoled. Her pain runs too deep. “Arman has taken away all my happiness,” she says, her voice filled with bitterness. “He’s ruined Madhav’s dream of becoming a grandfather. He’s destroyed Kaveri’s hope of becoming a great-grandmother. He did wrong by marrying Abhira.”
Rohit tries to defend Arman, but Vidya cuts him off. “I don’t care what you say, Rohit. You and Ruhi are the only ones who can carry on this family’s legacy now. I expect you to fulfill that duty.” Her words leave both Rohit and Ruhi in shock. While Rohit tries to comfort Vidya, Ruhi is left speechless, unsure of how to respond to the immense pressure being placed on them.
Scene 6: Arman’s Worries
Meanwhile, Arman is pacing back and forth, his mind consumed with worry. He fears that Vidya will never forgive him and will treat him like a stranger for the rest of his life. “What if she never accepts me again?” he wonders aloud, the thought weighing heavily on his heart. Abhira, seeing his distress, tries to calm him. “Arman, you have to give her time. Vidya loves you, even if she doesn’t show it right now. Eventually, she’ll forgive you,” she says reassuringly. Arman, though still worried, finds some comfort in Abhira’s words. “You really think she’ll forgive me?” he asks, his voice full of doubt. “I know she will,” Abhira replies, her tone confident. “I’ll talk to her, I’ll make her understand.” Feeling somewhat reassured, Arman decides to go out and fetch Vidya’s medicine. He knows that despite everything, he still has to take care of her. As he leaves, Abhira watches him go, determined to do everything in her power to fix the situation.

Precap: Kaveri approaches Abhira with an unexpected proposal. “Join the Poddar firm,” she says, hoping to involve Abhira in the family business. However, Abhira, with determination in her voice, refuses. “I can’t join the firm, Kaveri. It would only upset Vidya more, and I can’t do that to her.”
