Aditya and Anirudh Argue Over Jhanak’s Treatment
The episode begins with Aditya and Anirudh arguing. A doctor arrives and asks Aditya to sign some paperwork. Anirudh quickly steps in and says, “I’ll sign it, I’m Jhanak’s close relative.” The doctor tells him they will also take Jhanak’s consent and asks him to sign. After signing, Anirudh offers to pay for the treatment, but the doctor informs him that Aditya has already paid. Aditya says, “I had to make the payment. I couldn’t wait for you.” Anirudh thanks him and promises to repay the money.
Aditya, however, refuses, saying, “I don’t want anything from you.” Anirudh insists it’s his responsibility and says, “She asked me to gather the information, so I won’t talk to you.” Aditya responds, “Fine, go talk to her.” The nurse arrives and tells Anirudh that he can see the operation if he wants. He asks if he can meet Jhanak first. The nurse consults Dhara, who gets permission from the doctor. Anirudh thanks Dhara.
Arshi Decides to Leave the House
Meanwhile, Arshi is packing her bags. Dadi sees her and asks, “Where are you going with such a big suitcase?” Arshi replies, “I want to stay in my own house, not here. My mom and dad are coming.” Tanuja tries to stop her, saying, “Don’t talk about leaving.” Arshi refuses and complains that Anirudh doesn’t listen to her. She says, “He asked Jhanak to quit the dance competition, and he doesn’t care about me.” Tanuja asks her to wait until Anirudh’s father comes home, but Arshi is firm, saying, “I’ve made up my mind.” Shrishti and Vinayak arrive, and Shrishti tells Arshi, “If Anirudh doesn’t show up, we’re taking you home.” Dadi interrupts, saying, “This is her house; it’s her sasural.” Shrishti argues, “Her husband left her, so this isn’t her home anymore.”
Anirudh Insists on Seeing Jhanak
Aditya steps in and says, “You shouldn’t meet Jhanak.” Anirudh asks, “Are you the one deciding this?” He mocks Aditya. He ran off after Jhanak.” Shrishti chimes in, “I knew it; he’s too busy.” Just then, Bablu arrives and asks how everyone is doing. Arshi responds, “I’m good. Appu got married. How is she? Now you’re related to the people in the neighborhood.” Anirudh, determined to meet Jhanak, explains, “I came all the way from Kolkata, signed the bond, and spoke to the doctor.” The nurse arrives, saying, “We’re preparing her for surgery. You can meet her now.”
Anirudh Reflects on His Feelings for Jhanak
As Anirudh waits, he reflects on his feelings, thinking, “I thought nothing had happened between us, but maybe I was wrong. You have no idea what I went through to get here. I couldn’t leave you alone, Jhanak. I love you, and you’re so important to me.” The nurse returns and tells Jhanak that her relative from Kolkata is here and has signed the bond. Jhanak, caught off guard, thinks, “I can’t reveal this to everyone.” She tells the nurse, “I need to meet him first.” The nurse escorts her to meet Anirudh, and they see each other. The emotional moment plays out as the song Phir Le Aaya Dil is heard.
Family Drama Continues as Shocking News is Revealed
Meanwhile, Shrishti continues arguing with Bablu. Lal and Bipasha side with Shrishti. Anirudh, feeling guilty, apologizes to Jhanak, saying, “I insulted you, and I’m sorry.” Jhanak, however, calmly says, “I didn’t want to call you here. I just wanted to inform you.” Anirudh explains, “I had to come and make sure you’re okay. Everything will be fine.” Meanwhile, the family continues to argue. Shrishti suddenly reveals, “Jhanak is pregnant.” Bipasha corrects her, saying, “No, Anirudh said Jhanak isn’t pregnant. She has a tumor.” Vinayak is shocked, asking, “A tumor?”
Jhanak’s Heartfelt Confession to Anirudh
Jhanak, fearing the worst, says, “I don’t know if I’ll survive this surgery, so I want to say something. I’m not angry anymore. I forgive you for questioning my character and accusing me of having an affair. You even said I was naming someone else’s child as yours. If I don’t survive, then all this will end. I want you to be happy with Arshi.” Anirudh interrupts, “Let it be. Only I know what’s going on inside me.” Jhanak replies, “I’ve seen it.” Anirudh tries to explain, “What you see on the outside and what happens inside are two very different things.” She asks, “Did you sign the bond?” Anirudh says, “Yes, but Aditya already paid the fees. He felt bad about it. You can return the money to him later. Why would someone else pay for my wife’s surgery?”
The Tumor Discussion and Anirudh’s Guilt
Lal adds his thoughts, saying, “Maybe Anirudh is hiding something. He could be using this tumor as an excuse to avoid facing the truth. Maybe he’s scared of Jhanak.” Shrishti accuses Jhanak of playing a game, saying, “She came here to trap Anirudh.” Lal agrees, “We know Anirudh only loves Arshi. He knows Jhanak lied to him. He wouldn’t do this.” Jhanak asks Anirudh, “What did you say?” Anirudh apologizes, “I’m sorry. I just said what I felt.” Jhanak responds, “Then stop talking because it’s not true.” He tries to explain, “Maybe it wasn’t true for me that day. But you thought so, right? That’s why you told me about the surgery.”
Elsewhere, Tanuja tells Bablu, Anjana, and Choton that Jhanak should stay. Choton agrees, saying, “Let’s go; we shouldn’t listen to this nonsense.” The three leave, and Bipasha warns, “We can’t talk about Jhanak in front of them.” Shrishti confidently says, “I’ve figured out her plan. How can pregnancy turn into a tumor? It’s all part of her scheme.” Vinayak is stunned, but Shrishti insists, “It’s possible.” Bipasha agrees, “Yes, she’s made Anirudh her target.”
Wrap-Up: Jhanak Written Update 20th September 2024
The nurse interrupts, saying, “You only have two minutes left.” Anirudh, holding Jhanak’s hand, says, “I’m right downstairs. Please stay strong; everything will be okay.” Jhanak, trying to remain calm, says, “You came here and spoke to me. Now go home.” Anirudh replies, “When you recover, I want you to see my face first. Don’t worry; nothing will happen to you. I’m here.”
Precap: Anirudh Prays for Jhanak’s Recovery
In the precap, Anirudh is seen rushing. He opens the car door and says, “I need to go to the temple and pray for Jhanak. I’m in a hurry.” As he gets out of the car, he says, “I love you, Jhanak. Nothing will happen to you.” He then runs towards the hospital.
