Lakshmi Returns to Face Neelam
The episode starts with Parvati and Rohan feeling worried about Lakshmi. Lakshmi enters the room after knocking on the door. Karishma opens the door, and Lakshmi steps inside. Neelam asks Lakshmi where she had gone and tells her that she should never have left her children alone.
Lakshmi replies that she didn’t leave them on her own, but was taken away. Neelam understands this but still insists that no matter what, a mother should never let her children be separated from her, even if there’s danger like a fire. Lakshmi remembers how her son, Rohan, passed away during the riots. Parvati and Rohan tell Neelam not to scold Lakshmi, explaining that it wasn’t her choice to leave them. The Diamond Smuggling Plot
Lakshmi reflects on the loss of her son, Rohan. She then runs into Rishi and Ayush. Rishi notices that Lakshmi is crying and asks her what’s wrong. Lakshmi, upset, says that she lost him. Meanwhile, David tells his boss that there are two diamonds near the Ganesh idol, and another one is being worn as a bracelet by a woman. His boss reassures David that they’ll get that diamond too, along with all the other jewelry in the house. He then takes the diamonds from the Ganesh idol.
Rano Mocks the Thieves
Rano asks Aanchal if the people they’re dealing with are real thieves, as it seems they’re stealing fake diamonds. Aanchal makes a comment on the situation. Rano then mocks the diamond smuggler boss, telling him that the diamonds he took from the Ganesh idol are fake. She teases him for not being able to tell the difference between real and fake diamonds. Angry at Rano’s comments, the smuggler boss orders his men to throw her out of the house. Rano begs him to let Aanchal go with her, saying she’s no use to them either. The boss agrees and orders his men to throw both of them out.
Lakshmi Confronts Rishi
Lakshmi confronts Rishi, asking why he wasn’t there for her. Rishi apologizes and asks her what happened to Rohan. Lakshmi stays quiet. Rohan and Parvati walk up to Rishi and Lakshmi. Rishi checks on Rohan to make sure he’s okay and asks Lakshmi why she spoke as if something had happened to him. Neelam comes over and suggests to Lakshmi that if she really cares for the children, she should let them go with her. Lakshmi agrees.
