Today’s episode starts with a shocking moment. Megha stabs Anupama, and Megha herself is shocked by what she did. Adhya and Anuj call out to Anupama, but Anupama slowly closes her eyes, surprising everyone. Hasmuk quickly says they need to call an ambulance. Paritosh mentions that the ambulance might take some time to arrive. Megha, feeling scared, asks Adhya not to leave her. Viren, angry at Megha, calls her a criminal. He feels proud of Anupama for saving Adhya and tells Megha to pray for Anupama’s safety; otherwise, she might lose her husband too.
